Prefabricated Pipelines for Basement Houses
The prefabricated pipelines for basement houses mainly include types such as prefabricated concrete circular pipes, prefabricated reinforced concrete circular pipes, prestressed concrete pipes, self-stressing concrete pipes, and ventilation pipes produced by Anhui Guoye Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd.

Prefabricated Concrete Circular Pipes and Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Circular Pipes
Both are factory-made machine-made pipes, with manufacturing methods including the centrifugal method, the suspended roller method, and the vertical extrusion method. Concrete pipes are used when the inner diameter of the pipe is less than 400 millimeters; reinforced concrete pipes are used when the inner diameter is greater than 500 millimeters. China was already capable of producing and laying large-diameter pipelines with a diameter of about 2000 millimeters in the 1970s. The wall thickness of circular pipes is 1/12 to 1/10 of the inner diameter, with a concrete grade not lower than 300, and most of the reinforcement is made of cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire. The joints of plain-end pipes can be sealed with cement mortar or wire mesh cement mortar bands; the joints of bell-and-spigot pipes are filled with expansive cement or asbestos cement; when higher anti-seepage requirements are needed, it is advisable to use prefabricated or in-situ poured concrete collar joints, with materials such as cement mortar, expansive cement, or asbestos cement used to fill the pipe joint sections.
Prestressed Concrete Pipes
Pipes with an inner diameter of 400 to 1400 millimeters can be used in pipelines with an operating pressure of 0.4 to 1.2 megapascals; when the operating pressure is less than 0.4 megapascals, the maximum pipe diameter can reach 4000 millimeters. They adopt bell-and-spigot joints and circular cross-section rubber ring seals for water stopping. The pipe manufacturing processes include core winding and vertical vibration extrusion. The concrete grade is not lower than 400, and the prestressed reinforcement uses high-strength cold-drawn steel wire.
Self-Stressing Concrete Pipes
Used in water transmission pipelines with an operating pressure of 0.4 to 1 megapascals and an inner diameter of 100 to 600 millimeters. They adopt bell-and-spigot joints and circular cross-section rubber ring seals for water stopping. This is a type of reinforced concrete pipe that utilizes expansive cement to tension the reinforcement, thereby generating prestress.
Ventilation Pipes
Anhui Guoye Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. has the capability to prefabricate ventilation pipes, with processing types including common plate flange ducts, angle iron flange ducts, and custom-made special-shaped components. Common plate flange ducts are produced on standardized assembly lines, offering high precision and fast forming, suitable for large-area conventional ventilation areas; angle iron flange ducts have high strength and good pressure-bearing capacity, suitable for high-pressure systems such as油烟 (fume) exhaust and fire exhaust; custom-made special-shaped components include elbows, tees, reducers, and transitions from circular to square, suitable for machine rooms, pipe shafts, and areas where complex pipelines converge.
