Baoshan Foaming Mobile Toilet
When using the Baoshan foaming mobile toilet, it is crucial to focus on water quality cleanliness and the maintenance of the photoelectric switch induction probe. Proper operation can significantly extend the equipment's lifespan and ensure stable functionality.

Water Quality Requirements: Must Use Clear Water Sources
The core principle of a foaming toilet is to generate foam by mixing a foaming agent with water to cover excreta. If the water quality does not meet standards, it can directly lead to system failures. It is prohibited to use lake water, river water, or untreated sewage because impurities in the water (such as silt, algae, and microorganisms) can easily clog the foaming channels, resulting in a decrease in foaming speed or even complete failure. It is recommended to use municipal tap water or filtered clean water sources to ensure there are no suspended particles or chemical contaminants in the water. If the water is hard (contains a high amount of calcium and magnesium ions), it is necessary to regularly inspect the interior of the foaming device for scale deposits and use a specialized descaling agent for cleaning when necessary to avoid narrowing of the channels affecting foaming efficiency.
Photoelectric Switch Induction Probe: Regular Cleaning and Proper Operation
The photoelectric switch is a key component that controls the start and stop of the foaming system. Its induction probe is located on the inner wall of the toilet fixture and triggers foaming by detecting the placement of excreta. Maintenance points are as follows:
- Cleaning Frequency: It is recommended to wipe the probe surface with a dry, soft cloth or tissue paper weekly to avoid dust and stains blocking the sensing area. If foaming delays or fails to start, it is necessary to first check whether the probe is blocked or contaminated.
- Prohibited Operations: It is strictly prohibited to wipe the probe with a damp cloth, mop, or cleaning agents containing water. Moisture may penetrate the internal circuitry, causing short circuits or oxidation, leading to sensing failures. If there are stubborn stains on the probe surface, they can be gently wiped with a small amount of alcohol-soaked cotton pad, but it must be ensured that it is completely dry before resuming use.
- Environmental Adaptation: Avoid using in environments with direct strong light or high temperature and humidity. Excessive light may interfere with the photoelectric signal, while a humid environment accelerates the corrosion of metal components. If the toilet is used outdoors for an extended period, a rain cover should be installed or the probe's sealing should be regularly checked.
In daily use, users should establish a maintenance loop of 'water quality-cleaning-inspection': After each use, observe the foaming status. If there is a decrease in foam or an increase in odor, immediately investigate water quality or probe issues. By following standardized operations, the equipment failure rate can be minimized, extending the lifespan of the foaming toilet by 5-8 years.
