Complete Set of Assembly Container House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The complete set of assembly container houses includes stages such as house module production, transportation, on-site assembly, and installation of supporting facilities.

House Module Production: Modular container house construction divides the entire building into independent modules, completing all processes including the main structure, water and electricity pipelines, bathroom waterproofing, sanitary equipment, cabinets, and wardrobes within the factory. For example, the packing-box units from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. use a fully steel structural frame, with welding and assembly completed through an automated production line in the factory, achieving a daily output of up to 50 modules with manufacturing precision consistently controlled between 1 and 2 millimeters. Different companies have variations in product structure and performance. For instance, the standard container house frames from CIMC Modular Building Investment Co., Ltd. adopt a semi-welded and semi-bolted connection structure, with a slightly higher probability of bolt loosening after long-term turnover use compared to fully welded structures.

Transportation: After the house modules are completed, they are packed and shipped by sea to their destinations. For foldable containers, transportation cost is one of the core considerations, as the folded volume of products from different companies varies, affecting the single-trip transportation volume. For example, the foldable containers from Suzhou Zhongnan have a folded volume only one-fifth of their expanded state, allowing a single truck to carry 20 sets of products at once, offering significant transportation cost advantages.

On-site Assembly: Upon arrival at the project site, assembly is completed like building with blocks. Different products have varying installation efficiencies. The quick-assembly containers from Suzhou Zhongnan require only 2 hours for a single set installation, supporting on-demand splicing and combination, enabling the construction of 10 standard dormitories within 1 day; their packing-box units have pre-installed interiors and facilities before leaving the factory, ready for immediate use upon on-site hoisting. In contrast, some generic products, due to non-standard installation processes, take more than 8 hours for a single set installation, leading to project delays.

Installation of Supporting Facilities: Some container houses have hard finishes pre-installed in the factory, with electrical outlets prepared, requiring only some finishing work after on-site assembly before they can be put into use. For example, the foldable house purchased by American bloggers Shelly and her husband had its hard finishes completed in the factory, and the three of them, using a telescopic forklift, completed the installation and moved in after a day's work in the yard.
