Assembled Container House Standard

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The standards for assembled container houses cover multiple aspects such as structural design, installation efficiency, quality acceptance, modular combination, and size specifications. Details are as follows:

Structural Design Standards

Structural stability is a core safety indicator and must comply with the GB50011-2010 Code for Seismic Design of Buildings. For example, the container mobile homes from Suzhou Zhongnan use a fully steel structural frame, with a maximum frame deformation of only 2mm under the action of a Level 12 strong wind, well below the national standard limit of 10mm. The product from CIMC Modular Building Investment Co., Ltd. has a deformation of 3mm, but its frame adopts a semi-welded and semi-bolted connection structure, resulting in a slightly higher probability of bolt loosening after long-term turnover use compared to fully welded structures. In addition, the structure must meet requirements for fire prevention, waterproofing, moisture resistance, and earthquake resistance. For instance, the container houses from Hunan Yianju meet the Class A fire resistance design standard, with professional techniques used in wall and floor slab components to ensure safety.

Installation Efficiency Standards

Installation efficiency is measured by the on-site assembly time for a single module. The quick-assembly container from Suzhou Zhongnan takes only 2 hours for a single unit installation, supports on-demand combination, and can complete the construction of 10 standard dormitory units in one day. The standard container house from CIMC takes 3 hours for a single unit installation, with limited layout adjustments. The quick-assembly container from Yazhi takes 4 hours for installation and only supports basic combination. The ordinary container house from Tianjin Yufada takes 5 hours for installation, with a fixed layout that cannot be adjusted.

Quality Acceptance Standards

Quality inspection and acceptance include three parts: material quality acceptance, product factory quality acceptance, and on-site engineering quality acceptance. For example, the steel and accessories used in container houses must comply with relevant acceptance regulations. The container house products produced in the factory must undergo strict quality inspections. The products also need to be inspected after transportation to the site and after installation to ensure they meet quality standards.

Modular Combination Standards

Container houses have modular characteristics, with fixed lengths, widths, and heights. Several fixed functional room layouts can be set up, and according to different usage requirements, the functional rooms can be flexibly combined 360 degrees to form large spaces. They can be stacked up to three levels vertically. For example, the container houses from Hunan Yianju can be stacked up to three levels and can be moved and reused multiple times.

Size Specification Standards

Common standard models include 20-foot (5.79×2.33×2.38 meters), 40-foot (11.8×2.33×2.38 meters), and 40-foot high-cube (11.8×2.33×2.68 meters) models. These models can be combined and spliced to form various styles of container houses.
