Completed Projects

1. Anchang Future Community Toilet Upgrade Project
   Awarded to Shaoxing Youjia Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. with a bid price of 2,719,026 yuan and a project duration of 75 calendar days. This project focuses on the comprehensive upgrade of community public toilets, enhancing residents' user experience through hardware facility renovations and service optimizations. It is an important practice in Anchang's promotion of the "Toilet Revolution."

2. Anchang Central Primary School Student Restroom Renovation Project
   Initiated in 2025, awarded to Zhejiang Zhong'an Construction Co., Ltd. with a bid price of 377,638 yuan and a project duration of 30 calendar days. The renovation targets the school restroom environment, emphasizing the optimization of sanitary conditions and functional facilities to provide students with a safer and more comfortable space.

3. Rural Smart Demonstration Public Toilet
   As a pilot project of Anchang Street's third "Toilet Revolution," this public toilet is located near the Baiyang Campus of Anchang Central Primary School. It integrates Chinese courtyard design concepts, featuring both cultural characteristics and practicality in its appearance. Internally, it is equipped with smart devices, such as a stall occupancy display system that provides real-time feedback on toilet availability, environmental data monitoring, and odor concentration detection that work in tandem with an automatic ventilation and deodorization system to ensure air quality. Additionally, it includes barrier-free facilities and low-wall designs to accommodate the needs of special groups. In terms of management, it achieves long-term operation and maintenance through a management office, management conventions, and a regular inspection mechanism by cleaning staff.

Future Plans

Anchang Street plans to leverage the pilot experience of the smart demonstration public toilet to gradually promote the construction of smart public toilets near main roads, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and other public areas in towns and villages. Through standardized design and intelligent management, it aims to enhance the service level and resource utilization efficiency of public toilets, contributing to the improvement of urban and rural environmental quality.
