3x5 Mobile Container House

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

The 3x5-meter mobile container house is a non-standard custom size suitable for temporary dormitories on construction sites, offices, small shops, and other scenarios. Its core parameters, production processes, and procurement considerations are as follows:

I. Core Parameters

  1. External Dimensions: Length 5 meters, width 3 meters, and height typically 2.8 meters (adjustable to 2.6 meters or 3 meters).
  2. Internal Area: The theoretical area is approximately 15 square meters, with an effective usable area of about 13-14 square meters after deducting wall thickness.
  3. Structural Materials: The frame is made of galvanized steel or low-alloy high-strength structural steel (thickness 1.5-2.5mm), with the roof and walls constructed from A-grade fire-resistant rock wool sandwich panels (thickness 50-100mm, rock wool density ≥80kg/m³).
  4. Load-Bearing Capacity: The roof has a live load capacity of 0.5-1.0kN/㎡, and the floor has a load-bearing capacity of 2-5kN/㎡, meeting daily living and office needs.

II. Production Process and Key Technologies

  1. Frame Welding: Automatic submerged arc welding or CO₂ gas shielded welding is used, resulting in high-strength welds. The surface is sandblasted for rust removal and then coated with anti-rust paint.
  2. Panel Compositing: Rock wool sandwich panels are prefabricated in the factory, with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.044W/(m·K) and a fire rating of A-grade.
  3. Assembly Methods:
    • Quick-Assembly Type: Bolted connections, with a single unit installation time of only 1 hour, facilitating easy disassembly and reassembly.
    • Welded Type: High overall strength but difficult to disassemble, suitable for long-term fixed use.
  4. Utility Pre-embedding: Electrical circuits are pre-embedded within the wall and ceiling panels, using waterproof junction boxes. Water supply and drainage pipes are pre-installed with interfaces and insulated.

III. Specifications and Safety Standards

  1. Design Specifications: Refer to the "Technical Specification for Container Houses" (CECS 334:2013) and the "Load Code for the Design of Building Structures" (GB 50009-2012).
  2. Seismic and Wind Resistance: Seismic fortification intensity is not less than 8 degrees, and wind resistance rating is not less than 10 degrees.
  3. Fire Protection Requirements: Walls and roofs must meet A-grade fire resistance, and floors must meet at least B1-grade fire resistance.

IV. Procurement Considerations

  1. Custom Dimensions: Specify external dimensions, internal clear height, window and door locations and quantities, and whether to add partitions, bathrooms, or air conditioning brackets.
  2. Material Confirmation: Confirm steel grades (e.g., Q235B or Q345B), rock wool panel thickness and density, and color steel plate thickness (outer plate 0.5mm, inner plate 0.4mm).
  3. Transportation and Installation: Typically transported as a whole unit, requiring confirmation of logistics conditions and on-site lifting equipment (crane capacity ≥5 tons).
  4. Contract Terms: Clarify the warranty period (1-2 years), after-sales response time, whether foundation construction (e.g., concrete floor) is included, and installation guidance.
