The 7th Guangzhou International Prefabricated Housing, Modular Construction, Mobile Housing, and Space Exhibition 2017 was held from May 12th to 14th, 2017 at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo. The exhibition covered the entire industrial chain of housing construction, including mobile housing, steel structures, container houses, sunrooms, modular sanitation facilities, fire-resistant materials, ventilation equipment, doors and windows, and extended to areas such as eco-friendly decoration and high-tech glass. The organizers included more than ten institutions, such as the Asian Building Technology Alliance Association and the Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The previous edition of the exhibition was remarkable in scale, with 20,000 visitors on the first day, over 2,000 overseas buyers, an exhibition area exceeding 50,000 square meters, attracting more than 600 enterprises from over 20 countries to participate, and a total audience of 53,000, with foreign businesses accounting for 10%, highlighting its international influence.

Beijing Prefabricated Assembly Building Exhibition
The 2017 Beijing Prefabricated Assembly Building Exhibition, Integrated Housing and Steel Structure Construction Exhibition (China Housing Expo) was held from October 12th to 14th, 2017 at the New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. Organized by authoritative institutions such as the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Industrialization Development Center and the China Real Estate Association, the exhibition emphasized internationality, technological advancement, and forward-lookingness, focusing on displaying the latest prefabricated building technologies, components, and complete integrated technologies from both domestic and international sources, while promoting green and eco-friendly concepts and driving technological upgrades and sustainable development in the industry.

Chongqing International Housing Industry Exposition
The 2017 Chongqing International Housing Industry Exposition and the 2017 Chongqing International Building Decoration Exposition were jointly held from November 3rd to 5th, 2017 at the Chongqing International Expo Center. The exhibits focused on prefabricated housing, steel-wood structures, wall materials, waterproof materials, etc., covering core needs such as waterproofing and insulation, fire and corrosion resistance, and energy conservation and emission reduction. The organizers included institutions such as the Asian Building Technology Alliance Association and the Green Prefabricated Rural Housing Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, reflecting cross-regional collaboration and industrial innovation trends.
