Zunhua Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Zunhua typically includes four steps: positioning, assembly, connection, and commissioning, with specific operations adjusted according to the toilet type and site conditions.

  1. Positioning
The installation location should be determined based on site planning and ground flatness, with the core requirement of a solid ground and smooth drainage. If there are obvious potholes or soft spots on the ground, hardening treatment (such as concrete pouring) should be carried out in advance; otherwise, it may affect the stability of the toilet and subsequent use. During positioning, water and electricity access points should also be considered to ensure that the distance from municipal networks or temporary water supply/sewage systems meets construction requirements.

  2. Assembly

  • Split-type mobile toilets: First, place the steel structure chassis and adjust its levelness. Then, insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots and secure them with bolts or clips. Finally, install the roof panel and seal the joints. This process requires strict alignment of the slots to avoid rain leakage or structural looseness due to installation deviations.
  • Integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets): Since internal decoration and equipment integration have been completed in the factory, they only need to be hoisted to the predetermined location as a whole by a crane on site. The installation efficiency is significantly higher than that of split-type toilets, but it is necessary to confirm in advance whether the site's bearing capacity meets the hoisting requirements.
  1. Connection
  • Ordinary mobile toilets: Connect the water inlet and sewage pipes. If connecting to municipal networks, ensure that the pipe diameters match; if for temporary use, storage tanks and septic tanks can be configured.
  • Waterless mobile toilets: No sewage pipe connection is required, but a deodorization system (such as a biodegradation device or activated carbon filter layer) should be installed. These toilets are more suitable for sites without municipal sewage conditions.
  • Water and electricity pipelines: Adopt a modular interface design to shorten connection time, but check the interface tightness to prevent water or electricity leakage.
  1. Commissioning
  • Flush test: Check the flushing force of the toilet and the water replenishment function of the water tank to ensure no blockage or leakage.
  • Circuit check: Test the power supply stability of lighting, ventilation equipment, and sockets to eliminate short-circuit or poor contact hazards.
  • Tightness check: Focus on checking the joints of wall panels, the connection between the roof and walls, and pipe interfaces. Poor tightness may lead to odor diffusion or rainwater infiltration.

The installation convenience is affected by the toilet type, foundation treatment, supporting facilities, and team experience. For example, due to high integration, the installation time of integrated toilets can be reduced to half that of split-type toilets; if the site is not hardened in advance, foundation treatment may increase the construction period by 1-2 days. The installation of regular products should refer to the 'Hygiene Code for Mobile Toilets' (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
