Its core advantage lies in the construction mode of factory prefabrication and on-site hoisting. After the main structure is produced in the factory, it is transported to the site for rapid assembly. It only needs to be connected to water and electricity pipelines to be put into use, significantly shortening the construction cycle. In addition, the public toilet has adjustable locations and can be relocated to other areas according to actual needs in the later stage, avoiding the waste of resources caused by the fixed location selection of traditional public toilets.
In terms of functional design, the public toilet is equipped with basic facilities such as urinals, squat toilets, and sinks inside, and introduces an intelligent management system: it automatically plays music when the door is closed to enhance the user experience, triggers the automatic flushing function when the door is opened to reduce manual operations, and is equipped with deodorization and sterilization devices to effectively improve air quality. There are signs around the public toilet. During the pilot period, it is open from 6:00 to 22:00 every day. Relevant departments plan to add similar facilities near the Qiantang River embankment according to the usage effect to further optimize the layout of public services.
