III. Modular Combined Container Houses

Using a 3-meter × 6-meter 'golden ratio' as the base module, space can be expanded through horizontal or vertical splicing. Each unit has an internal clear height of 2.6 meters and supports 1-2 story structures. The height of a sloped roof is 2.69 meters for a single story and 5.37 meters for a double story, while a flat roof is 2.98 meters for a single story and 6.12 meters for a double story. The walls are made of double-layer color-coated steel plates with rock wool in between. The doors are made of thickened thermal-break aluminum with double-glazed glass. The top is equipped with inspection ports and exhaust vents, and silent ventilation fans can be installed, making them suitable for homestays, hotels, or office spaces.

IV. Customized Container Houses

Some suppliers offer customization services for non-standard sizes, such as a 3-meter × 12-meter long box type, or by adjusting the width (from 2.4 meters to 3 meters) and height (from 2.4 meters to 2.6 meters) to meet special requirements. The material thickness may vary depending on the supplier. For example, the thickness of the roof color-coated steel plate ranges from 0.45mm to 0.5mm, and the density or filling material (such as glass wool or rock wool) of the wall sandwich panel can also be adjusted as needed.
