Zhaoan Construction Site Portable Toilet Installation
The installation of portable toilets at the Zhaoan construction site can follow these steps, mainly divided into three stages: pre-installation preparation, on-site installation implementation, and post-installation finishing and commissioning:

Pre-installation Preparation
Site Survey and Confirmation
Conduct an on-site inspection to ensure the ground is flat, solid, and has sufficient space for vehicle access and lifting operations, with no overhead obstructions. Focus on confirming the locations of reserved interfaces for the septic tank or sewage pipes, fresh water supply points, and power access points to ensure they match the toilet unit's interfaces.Foundation Preparation
Construct a simple foundation based on the toilet's size, weight, and soil conditions. For example, place concrete piers or corrosion-resistant load-bearing sleepers on a flat and compacted ground to evenly distribute the unit's weight and leave gaps between the unit and the ground for bottom ventilation and moisture prevention. If the ground is a flat concrete surface with sufficient load-bearing capacity, the unit can be placed directly.Equipment and Personnel Preparation
The installation requires tools such as cranes (or forklifts), wrenches, spirit levels, and drills, as well as connecting pipes like water pipes and corrugated pipes, and sealing materials. The installation team should consist of workers holding mechanical operation certificates and electrician certificates to ensure safe and standardized operations.Unit Transportation and Inspection
After the toilet unit is internally decorated and pre-equipped with devices at the factory, it is transported to the site by truck. Before unloading, verify the unit's model, check for any external damage, and ensure all accompanying accessories are complete.
On-site Installation Implementation
Unit Positioning
Use a crane to lift the unit steadily and move it above the foundation or ground before slowly lowering it. The commander and crane operator must closely cooperate to avoid collisions. After placement, use a spirit level to measure in multiple directions to ensure the unit is level; if not, adjust it by placing steel plates underneath.Fixed Connection and Sealing Treatment
After the unit is level, proceed with fixed connections. Thoroughly check for any obstructions like sand or waste paper in the sewage pipes and confirm the floor level at the toilet installation site. Turn the toilet upside down, mark a cross-center line at the sewage outlet and extend it to the bottom perimeter, determine the installation positions of the anchor screws, drill holes with an impact drill, and embed expansion screw sleeves. Finally, install a dedicated sealing ring at the sewage outlet or apply glass glue or cement mortar (with a cement-to-sand ratio of 1:3) around the sewage pipe for sealing.
Post-installation Finishing and Commissioning
After installation, conduct commissioning to check if all interfaces are properly sealed, if the equipment operates normally, and clean up any debris at the site.
