How to Install Mobile Toilets in Zhanjiang
Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Zhanjiang should follow the process of positioning, assembly, connection, and commissioning. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Positioning and Foundation Treatment
- Site Planning: Determine the installation location based on usage needs, prioritizing areas with solid ground and good drainage, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation or soft soil.
- Foundation Treatment: If the ground is uneven or soft, harden the ground in advance (e.g., pour concrete) or lay steel plates to ensure structural stability after installation. If sewage pipe connections are involved, plan the pipe route in advance and reserve interface positions.
II. Main Structure Assembly
- Modular Toilets:
- Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis平稳 (steadily) and adjust it to a level position before securing it.
- Install the sandwich panel walls and roof panels sequentially, connecting them with bolts or clips. Pay special attention to checking the tightness of the seams to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Wall installation typically takes 1-2 hours, ensuring the verticality meets standards.
- Integrated Toilets:
- Box-type toilets have completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory, requiring only hoisting into place on-site.
- Connect water, electricity, and sewage pipes (for non-flush or biodegradable toilets, sewage connection steps can be omitted). The overall installation time is approximately 2-4 hours.
III. Internal Facility Connection
- Equipment Installation: Secure partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks, and other facilities, ensuring reasonable and firm positioning.
- Water and Electricity Connection:
- Modular water and electricity interfaces (e.g., quick connectors) can simplify operations but must be connected by professionals to avoid electric shock or water leakage risks.
- If connecting to the municipal network, confirm pipe slope (≥3%) and tightness; if using a dedicated septic tank, reserve a cleaning port.
IV. Function Inspection and Commissioning
- Flush Test: Check the flushing force and drainage speed to ensure no blockages.
- Circuit Inspection: Test whether lighting, ventilation equipment, and sockets are working properly, and check for electric shock hazards.
- Tightness Inspection: Focus on checking for water leakage at wall panel seams and pipe connections, and reseal if necessary.
Precautions:
- Installation must comply with the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standards" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene standards.
- Professional construction teams can significantly improve efficiency and avoid rework due to improper operation.
- If adjusting the toilet position, a short distance (100mm~350mm) can use a toilet position shifter, but ensure a slope of ≥3%; for long-distance relocation, it is recommended to adopt a same-floor drainage design, re-planning pipes by lowering or raising the floor slab.
