The newly replaced monolithic mobile toilets have complete functions and are equipped with standardized toilet stalls, sinks, management rooms, and tool rooms. The toilet stalls are designed to meet the needs of different groups of people and may include barrier-free stalls; the sinks provide basic cleaning facilities to enhance the user experience; the management rooms are used to store cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure daily maintenance of the toilets; and the tool rooms store repair tools to ensure timely repair in case of facility failures.

This project was won by Chongqing Kelaiya Technology Co., Ltd. with a bid amount of 587,000.00 yuan. The company is required to complete the demolition of the old toilets, the installation and commissioning of the new toilets in accordance with the contract requirements, and ensure that the facilities meet environmental protection, hygiene, and safety standards. After the implementation of the project, the surrounding environment of the old residential communities will be significantly improved, and the level of public services will be enhanced.

II. The 'Hail-and-Ride' Mobile Toilet Service along the Yuzhong Riverside In addition to fixed mobile toilets, Yuzhong District also offers a 'hail-and-ride' mobile toilet service along the riverside. This innovative model is designed to address the characteristics of scattered tourist distribution and sudden toilet needs along the riverside. It provides mobile toilet vehicles or equipment that巡回 (patrol) in designated areas along the riverside. Tourists only need to wave to use them temporarily, which saves time and avoids affecting the sightseeing experience due to searching for fixed toilets.

This service may adopt environmentally friendly mobile toilets equipped with sewage treatment systems or disposable fecal storage devices to ensure no environmental pollution during use. At the same time, the service vehicles or equipment may be marked with obvious signs for easy identification by tourists. This measure reflects the refined management of Yuzhong District in the field of public services, meeting diverse needs through flexible resource allocation.
