Yunnan Biodegradable Mobile Toilet
There are application examples of biodegradable mobile toilets in Yunnan, and their technology features environmental protection, mobility, strong adaptability, and intelligence.

In terms of application examples, Kunming Haigeng Park has launched the first biodegradable tourist toilet in Yunnan. This toilet decomposes excrement through biological bacteria, converting it into water, carbon dioxide, and ammonia, achieving wastewater recycling and 'zero discharge'. This innovative design not only solves the sewage disposal problem of traditional toilets but also significantly enhances environmental protection benefits. Additionally, at the Muzhong Zen Camp in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, the Nalan Xiaobao Support Team installed Meijie Keling biodegradable toilets, further demonstrating the applicability of biodegradable mobile toilets in various scenarios.
Regarding technological characteristics, biodegradable mobile toilets exhibit multiple advantages. Their environmental friendliness is remarkable, as excrement is decomposed by biological bacteria into harmless substances, and some toilets achieve wastewater recycling, effectively reducing water consumption and pollution. Mobility is another major highlight, as they do not rely on fixed sewage networks and can be assembled on-site or transported and installed, with short construction periods. For example, the toilet in Haigeng Park was installed in just three days. In terms of adaptability, this technology is suitable for scenic spots, alpine and water-scarce areas, and some models even support extreme temperature environments, such as minus 28 degrees Celsius. Intelligence is also an important feature of modern biodegradable mobile toilets, incorporating 5G and IoT technologies for remote monitoring. Some models are equipped with intelligent temperature control systems, operating at temperatures exceeding 60 degrees Celsius, and also have sterilization and disinfection functions.
In terms of cost and maintenance, biodegradable mobile toilets also perform well. Initial operation requires a one-time injection of 70-80 kilograms of water to maintain bacterial activity, but subsequent water-saving effects are significant, with a single toilet stall saving 0.6 tons of water per day. The annual maintenance cost is approximately 15,000 yuan, and the construction cost per toilet stall is 100,000 yuan lower than that of traditional water toilets. Taking the venues of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics as an example, this cost advantage is particularly evident.
