Yumen Container House Installation
Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026
The installation of container houses in Yumen should follow the steps below to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance:

1. Preparation Phase
- Requirement Confirmation: Determine the scale, functional zoning, and layout design of the house based on the usage scenario (such as temporary office, residence, or storage) to ensure it meets actual needs.
- Container Selection: Choose qualified and appropriately sized containers as the main structure. Check that the containers have no severe rust, deformation, or damage, and ensure the quantity meets design requirements.
- Tool and Material Preparation: Equip with tools such as screwdrivers, electric drills, welding equipment, bolts, and sealants, and check their integrity. If on-site welding is required, ensure the equipment meets safety standards.
2. Foundation Construction
- Site Leveling: Clear ground obstacles to ensure the site is free of pits, slopes, or debris, providing a stable foundation for subsequent construction.
- Foundation Construction: Excavate foundation pits according to design requirements, pour concrete, and compact it thoroughly. Control the concrete strength grade (such as C20 or higher) to ensure the foundation's bearing capacity meets the house's weight requirements.
- Embedded Part Installation: If required by the design, embed bolts or connectors in the foundation to secure the containers. Measure the embedding positions accurately to avoid deviations.
3. Container Installation
- Transportation and Hoisting: Use professional transport vehicles to deliver the containers to the site. Place them steadily on the foundation using a crane, adjusting the position to ensure verticality and levelness meet standards (error ≤ 5mm).
- Fixed Connection: Connect the containers to the foundation and between containers using bolts or welding. Tighten bolts to the specified torque and ensure welding is full and free of defects such as pores or cracks to ensure structural stability.
- Modular Assembly: If the house consists of multiple containers, assemble them in the design order, connecting the container corners with high-strength bolts to form an integrated structure.
4. Electrical and Plumbing System Installation
- Electrical Wiring: Lay wires according to electrical safety standards, install sockets, switches, and lighting fixtures, ensuring proper insulation and a grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω to avoid electric shock risks.
- Pipe Laying: Install water pipes, drainage pipes, and valves according to the plumbing design. Ensure tight pipe connections and conduct a water pressure test (pressure ≥ 0.6MPa) to ensure no leakage.
5. Interior Decoration and Acceptance
- Decoration Construction: Decorate walls, floors, and ceilings using fire-resistant and moisture-proof materials. Install doors and windows and check their sealing to ensure sound insulation and thermal insulation effects.
- Safety Inspection: During acceptance, focus on checking structural stability, electrical insulation, pipe sealing, and the configuration of fire safety facilities (such as fire extinguishers) to ensure compliance with relevant national standards.
6. Safety Protection and Environmental Measures
- Personnel Protection: Construction personnel should wear safety helmets, protective shoes, gloves, and other equipment. Use safety harnesses for high-altitude work.
- Environmental Control: Take noise reduction (such as using low-noise equipment) and dust suppression (such as watering for dust reduction) measures during construction. Classify and dispose of waste to reduce environmental impact.
