In terms of materials and craftsmanship, the main structure is made of steel and formed through welding or butt-welding processes. The frame system is welded using national standard Q235 galvanized steel pipes. The main frame uses 10# channel steel as the bottom beam, 50×50mm square steel as columns, and 40×20mm rectangular tubes for crossbeams. After overall welding, it undergoes hot-dip galvanizing treatment with a zinc layer thickness of ≥85μm, ensuring a 15-year rust-proof cycle. Frame nodes adopt double-sided full-welding processes with a weld toe height of ≥6mm and are inspected via flaw detection to ensure no false welds. The exterior wall is an 80mm-thick metal carved panel composed of a 0.3mm color steel plate, a 70mm polyurethane insulation layer, and a 0.2mm aluminum foil moisture barrier, with a surface treated with fluorocarbon spraying, achieving weather resistance of 5000 hours without chalking. The interior wall uses a 12mm-thick fire-resistant magnesium oxide board with a 0.3mm aluminum-plastic panel surface, achieving a fire rating of A1. The roof adopts a three-layer waterproof structure, including a 0.4mm color steel plate waterproof layer, a 50mm extruded insulation board, and an SBS modified asphalt waterproof membrane, with a slope design of 3% and a 50mm-high water baffle at the eaves. The ground base is a 3mm-thick patterned steel plate with a non-slip surface treatment (friction coefficient ≥0.8), and the surface layer is laid with 20mm-thick full-body antique tiles using a dry-laying method, with a tile joint width of 2mm and mold-resistant ceramic adhesive as the filler. A 50mm-high water baffle is set around the perimeter, with a drainage slope of 1.5% and a stainless steel filter (pore size ≤5mm) installed at the drainage outlet.
In terms of functions and configurations, sanitary ware includes a fiberglass molded squat toilet (water absorption rate ≤0.5%, flush volume ≤1.5L/time), a 304 stainless steel handwashing sink (thickness ≥1.2mm, with an overflow hole), and a 5mm-thick anti-fog silver mirror (with an aluminum alloy frame, rounded corners with a radius ≥10mm). The water supply and drainage system uses PPR pipes (S3.2 series) for water supply and UPVC double-wall corrugated pipes (DN110) for drainage. The storage tank is made of food-grade PE material with a capacity of 150L, equipped with a water level sensor and an anti-freezing electric tracing device (power 20W/m).
