Information about mobile toilets in Yanzhen is mainly reflected in public toilet management, where special inspections drive quality and efficiency improvements, enhancing the overall environment and facility conditions.
The People's Congress of Yanzhen Town organized a special inspection campaign for public toilet management, aiming to improve the environmental hygiene and maintenance standards of public toilets within its jurisdiction. This inspection covered a wide range of public toilets, including those on main roads in the town area, convenient public toilets in villages, public toilets in rural parks, and those in other public places, ensuring comprehensive coverage without any blind spots.
In terms of inspection methods, a diversified approach combining on-site visits, on-site verification, random checks, and public inquiries was adopted. The key areas of inspection covered several critical aspects: First, the environmental hygiene of public toilets, ensuring the premises were clean and tidy, free from garbage accumulation and stain residues; Second, the integrity of facilities and equipment, checking whether various facilities such as flushing devices, sinks, and door locks were functioning properly; Third, the implementation of daily cleaning, reviewing cleaning records and actual cleaning effects to ensure public toilets remained clean at all times; Fourth, ventilation and lighting conditions, ensuring adequate air circulation and sufficient light within public toilets; Fifth, sewage discharge and odor control effects, preventing sewage blockages and odor emissions; Sixth, the provision of barrier-free facilities to offer convenience for special groups; Seventh, the display of management regulations, enabling the public to understand public toilet management rules and supervision methods.
After concentrated rectification and standardized improvements, all public toilets within the jurisdiction of Yanzhen Town have taken on a completely new look. Nowadays, public toilet premises are clean and tidy, well-ventilated without any odors, and all facilities are intact and usable, completely bidding farewell to the old image of being "dirty, messy, and poor". This change has not only improved the rural living environment and enhanced the quality of rural civilization construction but also increased the sense of gain, happiness, and security among the public, laying a solid foundation for the rural development and social progress of Yanzhen.
