Ya'an Mobile Toilet Precise Prevention and Control
Ya'an mobile toilets have adopted precise measures such as structural optimization, material upgrading, systematic protection, and environmental adaptability design in terms of anti-leakage and anti-pollution, forming a multi-level protection system.

1. Anti-leakage Structure and Terrain Adaptation
The bottom of the equipment features anti-slip patterns and adjustable support feet, enabling it to adapt to complex terrains such as tea mountain edges, tunnel entrances, and riverbanks, ensuring placement stability. The anti-leakage chassis, verified through structural testing, closely fits the ground, preventing sewage overflow or leakage due to terrain undulations and physically blocking pollutants from contacting the soil.
2. Enhanced Anti-leakage and Anti-corrosion for the Container Body
- Overall Waterproof Rating: The container-type toilet body has a waterproof rating of IP65 (GB/T 42568-2023), with the ground coated with at least 3 layers of waterproof coating, verified through a 48-hour closed water test to be free of leakage and water accumulation.
- Sewage Storage Tank/Septic Tank: The 24-hour leakage rate is ≤0.1% (HJ 2029-2013). The tank body undergoes double-layer anti-corrosion treatment both inside and out, with an anti-corrosion layer that has a corrosion resistance lifespan of ≥10 years, eliminating the risk of dripping and external leakage.
- Ground Hardening Treatment: The placement area is paved with an anti-seepage layer with a permeability coefficient of ≤10⁻⁷cm/s, effectively blocking fecal pollution from seeping into the soil and groundwater, meeting environmental protection requirements.
3. Multiple Protections for the Piping System
The water supply and drainage piping undergo anti-corrosion, anti-condensation, and anti-leakage treatments, with interface sealing reaching a rating of IP67, capable of withstanding short-term immersion. The system is equipped with anti-backflow devices and water seal odor control structures, with a water seal depth of ≥50mm (GB/T 17217-2021), preventing sewage backflow and odor diffusion while avoiding environmental pollution from piping leakage.
4. Moisture and Corrosion Resistance for the Shell and Components
In response to Ya'an's humid environment with an average annual rainfall exceeding 1700 millimeters, the shell adopts a double-layer galvanized steel plate + fluorocarbon coating process, with hinges, locks, and other components made of 304 stainless steel for strong corrosion resistance. The electrical system is equipped with waterproof junction boxes and surge protectors to prevent short circuits; the water storage tank has an built-in anti-algae coating to inhibit microbial growth, extending the equipment's service life and reducing pollution risks.
Through these measures, Ya'an mobile toilets have achieved full-chain anti-leakage and anti-pollution control from structure to materials and from the container body to the piping, efficiently addressing complex terrains and humid climates, providing reliable protection for public health and environmental conservation.
