The installation of container houses in Xuanwei should follow the following steps and precautions:

I. Installation Steps

1. Preparation

2. Foundation Treatment

   • Choose a flat, dry, and well-drained site, clear debris, and then fill and compact according to design requirements to ensure a flat surface.
   • Lay a concrete or asphalt foundation and design a waterproof isolation layer (such as breathable film) to prevent the foundation from being affected by moisture and compromising the stability of the house.

3. Container Installation

   • Bottom Frame Installation: Connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams, using hexagon socket bolts that are not tightened yet, and tighten them after adjusting the squareness (diagonal difference ≤ 3mm).
   • Secondary Beam and Floor Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams and fix them, lay magnesium oxide board substrates, mark along the centerline, lay the floor, and fix it with cross-head dovetail screws at intervals of 300-350mm.
   • Overall Fixation: Use a crane to place the container vertically and steadily on the foundation, and secure it with bolts and welding.
   • Connection and Adjustment: Connect adjacent containers with steel plates, confirm that the core axis lines meet design requirements, and install support members and safety nets and other safety facilities.

4. Roof and Exterior Wall Facility Installation

   • Install doors, windows, roof panels, skylights, and rainwater pipes to ensure overall aesthetics and practicality, avoiding water leakage or structural defects.

5. Interior Decoration and Treatment

   • Moisture-Proof Treatment: Wrap steel with moisture-proof materials inside to prevent rusting.
   • Ventilation and Layout: Reasonably plan the space, add ventilation equipment such as exhaust fans to improve living comfort.
   • Detail Handling: Polish floor joints, apply PVC special adhesive, and then lay floor glue, ensuring the sealing of welded joints.

6. Safety Protection and Acceptance

   • Construction personnel should wear safety helmets and protective shoes, and control noise and dust pollution.
   • During acceptance, check structural stability, circuit insulation, and pipeline sealing to ensure compliance with safety standards.

II. Precautions

• Foundation Requirements: The ground must be sufficiently flat and solid to avoid tilting or deformation of the house; the foundation must兼顾 load-bearing, moisture-proof, and shock-proof functions.
• Core Axis Alignment: The core axis lines of the containers must be consistent with the design drawings, and multiple measurements and adjustments are required during the installation process.
• Moisture-Proof and Ventilation: Prioritize moisture-proof materials for interior decoration and reasonably layout ventilation equipment to avoid steel corrosion caused by moisture.
