Xinjiang Mobile Toilet Specifications

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The specifications of mobile toilets in Xinjiang vary depending on the project and supplier, commonly covering aspects such as the number of toilet stalls, dimensions, structure, and functional configurations. Details are as follows:

I. Classification by Number of Toilet Stalls

  1. 8-Stall Specifications

    • S101 Tourism Highway Project: Uses a combination of '5 squat toilets + 3 urinals', suitable for medium-traffic scenarios.
    • Tashagudao Project: The mobile toilet has dimensions of 8.75m × 3m × 3.45m, with an area of 26.25㎡. It is equipped with 5 squat toilets, 3 urinals, 1 equipment room, and 5 washbasins, with clear functional zoning.
  2. 10-Stall Specifications

    • S101 Tourism Highway Project: Uses a combination of '7 squat toilets + 3 urinals' to meet high-traffic demands.
    • Tashagudao Project: The finished toilet has dimensions of 10.85m × 3m × 3.45m, with an area of 32.55㎡. It is equipped with 7 squat toilets, 3 urinals, 1 equipment room, and 7 washbasins, offering higher space utilization.
  3. 6-Stall Microbial Mobile Toilet

    • S101 Tourism Highway Project: Utilizes microbial degradation technology, eliminating the need for traditional sewage systems. It is suitable for ecologically sensitive areas or scenarios without sewer systems, with fewer toilet stalls but outstanding environmental performance.

II. Classification by Structure and Materials

  1. Yuli County Cultural and Tourism Bureau Project

    • The main frame is made of a 100mm × 150mm × 4.5mm steel structure. The toilet has dimensions of 9.2m × 3.1m × 3.45m, offering a sturdy structure and spacious interior.
  2. Products from Xinjiang Tingqi Metal Products Co., Ltd.

    • Bottom Structure: Fixed with a 30×50 + 30×30 steel frame, with a 12mm thick wooden board as the intermediate layer, embedded with polyurethane insulation material. The floor is paved with anti-slip aluminum plates, balancing strength and slip resistance.
    • Top Structure: The 30×50 steel frame fixes the insulation board, with the upper layer reinforced with a 30×30 + 30×50 steel frame. The outermost layer is covered with 1.2mm color-coated steel plates and sealed with imported waterproof materials to ensure waterproofing and durability.

III. Differences in Functional Configurations
Different projects have optimizations in details such as equipment rooms and the number of washbasins. For example, both the 8-stall and 10-stall mobile toilets in the Tashagudao project are equipped with independent equipment rooms for easy maintenance; the ratio of washbasins to toilet stalls is close to 1:1, enhancing convenience of use. Microbial mobile toilets simplify the sewage discharge process through technology, reflecting an environmentally friendly design concept.

Summary: The design of mobile toilet specifications in Xinjiang takes into account practicality, environmental friendliness, and adaptability. The number of toilet stalls, dimensions, and material selection are all based on specific scenario requirements, such as traffic volume, geographical conditions, and environmental protection needs.
