Xinjiang Container House Price

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

The price of container houses in Xinjiang ranges approximately from 6000 yuan to 15000 yuan per set, depending on configuration, region, and demand differences. Specific prices are influenced by the following factors:

1. Price differences in basic models
In North China (such as Hebei, Tianjin, and Beijing), due to a mature industry and a well-established supply chain, the prices of basic container houses are relatively low. For example, the price of a regular model (with 50/75mm rock wool insulation, one door and three windows, and basic electrical circuits) ranges from 6000 to 8500 yuan per set; the price of a 3*6-meter standard fully-furnished model (including floor rubber and complete water and electricity systems) ranges from 8500 to 12000 yuan per set.
At the Khorgos Port in Xinjiang, due to high transportation costs and special configuration requirements, the prices of basic models are significantly higher. For example, the price of a thickened cold-resistant basic model (with ≥100mm insulation and resistance to strong winds and snow) ranges from 8500 to 11000 yuan per set; the price of a cold-resistant fully-furnished model (with double-glazed windows and bottom freeze-resistant insulation) ranges from 11000 to 15000 yuan per set. Under the same specifications, prices in Khorgos are about 15%-30% higher than those in North China.

2. Impact of transportation costs
Khorgos is located on the border, and container houses need to be transported over long distances from inland areas (such as North China and East China), which may increase transportation costs by several thousand yuan or more. For example, the distance from North China to Khorgos is approximately 3000-4000 kilometers, and transportation costs directly drive up the final selling price. In contrast, local procurement in North China can save on long-distance transportation costs and result in faster delivery.

3. Differences in configuration and demand
Due to the severe cold climate in Khorgos, enhanced insulation and wind-resistant configurations (such as thickened insulation layers and double-glazed windows) are required, leading to increased costs. In addition, local demand mainly comes from scenarios such as foreign trade warehousing and port facilities, which have high requirements for container specifications and customization, further driving up prices. In North China, standardized products such as construction site dormitories are the main focus, with more transparent pricing.

4. Purchase volume and manufacturer selection
In Xinjiang, if the purchase volume is small, it is advisable to prioritize local or nearby manufacturers (such as Falilai) to reduce logistics costs. Large manufacturers may offer more favorable prices while ensuring quality due to economies of scale.
