Enterprises:

• Jiangmen Xinhui Delos Container Co., Ltd.: As an alliance enterprise of Delos, a well-known Chinese brand for residential containers, it provides products such as residential containers for construction sites and container mobile homes. It has a unique rental model, and its products are widely applied, enjoying a good reputation in the Jiangmen market. Its business scope includes the manufacturing, sales, rental, recycling, transportation, and hoisting of related products, as well as equipment businesses such as fences, iron beds, and air conditioners.
• Jiangmen Huajian Technology Co., Ltd.: Its core business focuses on the research and development, production, and installation of containers, mobile homes, modular buildings, and integrated houses, forming a full-chain service system. In July 2022, it won the outsourcing project for the short-style support frame connecting plates of special containers in Xinhui through a public bidding process. As of May 2025, it holds three administrative license documents, covering areas such as the production of steel structure accessories and the installation of modular buildings.
• Jiangmen Zhongshun Residential Container Co., Ltd.: It specializes in the research and development, design, manufacturing, installation, rental, and sales of mobile homes and is a well-known enterprise in the integrated housing industry in the Pearl River Delta region. Its products have diverse uses, including temporary dormitories, offices, and factory buildings. They have advantages such as quick installation, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental friendliness, surpassing prefabricated panel houses.

Projects:

• CIMC Modular Building: Located in the CIMC Industrial Park in Da'ao Town, Xinhui District, it is the world's largest production base for special containers. Since 2004, it has applied the industrial thinking of container manufacturing to house construction, with business covering more than 20 countries and regions worldwide and over 200 projects implemented. These buildings are fully decorated inside, with all water, electricity, fire protection, and sanitary facilities prefabricated in the factory. For example, the prefabrication rate of the student apartments built for Hong Kong is as high as 98%, and the construction speed of the talent apartments has increased by 114% while labor costs have been reduced by 71%.
• Xinhui CIMC Park: As an important R&D and manufacturing base of CIMC Group in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it covers an area of 1,067 acres and is committed to building a "container +" business matrix, exploring the construction of different sectors such as data centers, ecological fisheries, environmental protection equipment, and modular buildings to efficiently cultivate new quality productive forces.
