Xinhu Container House Insulation

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Xinhu container houses have good insulation performance, achieving effective insulation through material selection, structural design, and craftsmanship, and have been practically verified in cold-region projects.

Insulation Materials and Structure
Xinhu integrated houses adopt standardized and modular designs, with their insulation performance mainly relying on core materials and structural design. For example, container houses used in cold-region projects (such as Harbin Ice and Snow World and Yabuli Ski Resort) need to withstand extreme low temperatures of minus 30°C. Therefore, they may use efficient insulation materials such as rock wool boards, expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam boards, or polyurethane (PU) foam boards. These materials have low thermal conductivity, effectively blocking heat transfer. Meanwhile, the six-sided insulation process (top, bottom, and four walls) reduces thermal bridge effects, ensuring stable indoor temperatures. Additionally, the structural design of encrypted channel steel purlins and iron plate bases not only enhances the strength of the container but also further improves insulation by reducing cold air infiltration.

Cold-Region Adaptation Technology
For the cold climate in northern regions, Xinhu has made special optimizations in insulation technology. For example, its container houses may use 10cm-thick integrated insulation panels, combined with double-glazed windows and doors, forming a closed insulation system. In extreme low-temperature environments, this design can maintain indoor temperatures within a suitable range, reducing energy consumption. At the same time, the overall welded structure and wind- and snow-resistant design (such as encrypted channel steel reinforcement and diagonal bracing support) ensure the stability of the container under heavy snow and strong winds, preventing insulation layer damage caused by deformation.

Practical Application Case Verification
Xinhu's insulation technology has been verified through multiple cold-region projects. For example, container houses used in cultural and tourism projects such as Harbin Ice and Snow World and Central Avenue, which are exposed to low temperatures for long periods, can meet normal activity needs in terms of indoor temperature through Xinhu's insulation design. In addition, cooperation projects with large enterprises such as China Railway Group and China State Construction Engineering Corporation also demonstrate that Xinhu's container houses meet engineering standards in terms of insulation performance and durability, being able to adapt to long-term use under complex climatic conditions.

Industry Comparison and Advantages
Compared with general-purpose container manufacturers, Xinhu's localized design better meets the needs of cold regions. For example, its insulation process covers all six sides of the container, while some manufacturers may only insulate the four walls, leading to heat loss from the top or bottom. Moreover, Xinhu's factory-based production model ensures uniform laying and sealing of insulation materials, avoiding quality fluctuations that may occur during on-site construction, further enhancing the reliability of insulation effects.
