Each floor is 3 meters high with an area of 9m * 21m. The front features a 3-meter-wide glass curtain wall corridor, and the room depth is 6 meters. The top beams, bottom beams, and columns are made of galvanized special profiles, and the wall panels are 75mm rock wool color steel plates. The container house contains 2 bathrooms and 1 staircase. It has standardized interior decoration, integrated water and electricity supply, complete doors and windows, and electrical circuits are connected with junction boxes installed according to the layout of the container house. Air conditioners and water heating systems are installed indoors. Each bathroom has a reserved water supply interface, and the indoor pipelines are PPR pipes. The washbasins and showers are equipped with hot and cold water mixing valves. There is a drainage channel under the base, and the drainage pipelines are well insulated against freezing. The contract performance period is to complete all delivery and installation and commissioning within 60 days after receiving the delivery and installation notice.
