Wuzhi Mobile Toilet Base

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The base of mobile toilets in Wuzhi is typically welded using materials such as channel steel, I-beams, or galvanized steel. Here is a detailed introduction to the materials and structure of mobile toilet bases:

As a crucial supporting part of the entire structure, the base of a mobile toilet needs to possess sufficient strength and stability to bear the weight of the toilet itself and various loads that may occur during use. Among the common materials for mobile toilet bases, channel steel and I-beams are frequently chosen. Channel steel offers good bending resistance; its unique cross-sectional shape provides a large bending section modulus when subjected to vertical loads, effectively resisting bending deformation. I-beams perform well in both bending and torsion resistance; their wide flanges can better distribute loads, making the base structure more stable. For example, the bottom of mobile toilets in Jiaozuo's prefabricated public toilets and eco-friendly restrooms is composed of a frame structure welded from channel steel or I-beams. This structure provides a solid foundation for the entire mobile toilet, ensuring no shaking or tilting occurs during use.

In addition to channel steel and I-beams, galvanized steel is also commonly used in the fabrication of mobile toilet bases. Galvanized steel is coated with a layer of zinc on the surface of ordinary steel, and the zinc layer serves as a corrosion and rust inhibitor, extending the service life of the base. Some mobile toilets use 38*25 galvanized steel for their bottom keels. This specification of galvanized steel not only ensures a certain level of strength but also offers good corrosion resistance, adapting to different usage environments. Especially in areas with high humidity or strong corrosiveness, using a galvanized steel base can reduce structural damage caused by corrosion and lower maintenance costs.

During the actual fabrication process, these steel materials are connected through welding to form a sturdy frame structure. The welding process ensures the connection strength between components, making the entire base a unified whole and further enhancing its load-bearing capacity and stability.
