Project Location and Scale:
The project is located in the South Zone of Liangzhou Industrial Park, Liangzhou District, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, specifically bounded by Jingshisan Road to the east, reserved open space in the park to the south, existing enterprises to the west, and Weishier Road in the park to the north. The site selection complies with regional planning requirements. The project covers a total area of 19,499.70 square meters, with the main construction including two production lines: one for cement prefabricated modular houses and one for cement prefabricated products.

Construction Content and Supporting Facilities:
The main project includes two production workshops, two concrete mixing stations, a concrete production line, and a modular house production line. Public facilities encompass power supply, water supply, and drainage systems. Storage and transportation facilities involve finished product yards, diesel storage tanks, raw material warehouses, and other storage areas. Ancillary facilities include office buildings and boiler rooms, while environmental protection facilities are specifically designed for pollution control during the production process.

Investment and Environmental Protection Investment:
The total project investment is 32 million yuan, with an environmental protection investment of 165,000 yuan, accounting for 0.52% of the total investment. Environmental protection funds are primarily used for exhaust gas treatment, wastewater recycling, noise control, and solid waste disposal to ensure compliance with national environmental protection standards.

Project Progress:
On March 19, 2024, the Liangzhou Branch of the Wuwei City Ecological Environment Bureau publicly announced the environmental protection acceptance monitoring report for the project, marking its completion and entry into the environmental protection acceptance phase. The announcement indicated that effective pollution prevention measures were taken during construction and operation, with all pollutant emissions meeting relevant standards.

Through standardized production lines and environmental protection facilities, the project promotes the large-scale development of the cement prefabricated housing industry and provides a replicable environmental protection demonstration case for regional industrial park construction.
