Wulong Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Wulong typically follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection'. The specific time required is related to the type of toilet, ground conditions, and whether it is connected to the sewage system. Common split-type installations take 4-8 hours, while integrated toilets can be completed in as fast as 2-4 hours.

Installation Steps for Split-Type Mobile Toilets

  1. Positioning the Chassis and Frame
Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location. Adjust it to a level state using a spirit level. If the ground is uneven or the soil is soft, the ground needs to be hardened in advance or steel plates need to be laid; otherwise, it may affect the stability of the toilet. This step usually takes 1-2 hours, and ground treatment may add extra time.

  2. Installing the Walls and Roof Panel
Insert the sandwich-panel wall panels one by one into the chassis slots and fix them with bolts or clips to ensure a tight connection. Then install the roof panel, focusing on sealing treatment (such as applying sealant or using waterproof strips) to prevent rainwater leakage. Wall installation usually takes 1-2 hours, and the sealing process requires strict inspection.

  3. Connecting Internal Facilities
Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, hand-washing basins (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electricity pipelines is crucial and should be operated by professionals, but the design of modular quick connectors can shorten the time. If connecting to the municipal sewage network or a septic tank, additional pipelines need to be laid and tested for sealing; waterless or biodegradable toilets can skip this step. This step takes 2-4 hours, and the connection of the sewage system may extend the construction period.

  4. Function Inspection and Debugging
Conduct a flushing test (check if the water flow is smooth), an electrical circuit inspection (ensure that the lighting and ventilation are normal), and a sealing inspection (focus on checking the joints of the wall panels and pipeline connections). If any problems are found, they need to be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure that all functions meet the standards. This step usually takes 0.5-1 hour.

Installation Characteristics of Integrated Mobile Toilets

Integrated toilets (such as box-type toilets) have completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory. On-site, they only need to be hoisted into place and connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. If the ground conditions are good and no complex sewage connections are required, the overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours, which is significantly more efficient than split-type installations.

Installation Precautions

  • Ground Conditions: Uneven or soft ground needs to be treated in advance; otherwise, it may increase the installation difficulty or cause the toilet to tilt.
  • Sewage System: Connecting to the municipal sewage network or a septic tank requires additional pipeline planning, while waterless toilets can simplify the process.
  • Professional Construction: Choosing an experienced construction team can improve efficiency and reduce the risk of rework.
