Wuhan Mobile Toilet Construction Plan

Admin 11 de octubre de 2026

The Wuhan Mobile Toilet Construction Plan mainly covers three parts: project overview, construction preparation, and main construction processes, as detailed below:

I. Project Overview
The project aims to address the insufficient coverage of public service facilities in Wuhan, suitable for scenarios such as scenic spots and construction sites. It adopts a modular design with a main structure of light steel keel frames, equipped with an environmental protection treatment system, meeting the standards for Class II or higher public toilets. Construction must comply with national and local standards such as GB50210 and GB50242.

II. Construction Preparation

  1. Technical Preparation
    • Drawing Deepening: Confirm the main structural dimensions (standard unit: 1.37m×1.2m×2.4m), functional zoning (ratio of male and female toilets and accessible toilet stalls), and equipment nodes (sewer pipe diameter: 114mm, direction of PPR outlet pipes).
    • Technical Disclosure: Prepare a manual specifying welding parameters (E4303 welding rod, current: 90-110A), waterproofing standards (lap width ≥ 100mm), and operating procedures for microbial equipment.
  2. Material Preparation
    • Main Keel: 80×80×3.0mm galvanized square tubes (zinc layer ≥ 85μm, 12m per unit).
    • Wall Materials: 10mm thick B1-grade metal carved panels (6.5㎡ per unit).
    • Floor Materials: 2.5mm thick patterned aluminum plates (slip resistance coefficient ≥ 0.6, 1.6㎡ per unit).
    • Waterproofing Materials: 4mm thick SBS modified asphalt membranes (heat resistance ≥ 80℃, 3.2㎡ per unit).
    • Sanitary Ware: Ceramic squat toilets (with water-saving valves, flush volume ≤ 6L per use, 1 set per squat stall).
  3. Site Preparation
    • Site Survey: Flatness error ≤ 50mm, confirm 220V power supply (capacity ≥ 2kW), and ensure underground pipelines are ≥ 1.5m from the construction area.
    • Temporary Facilities: Harden the material storage area and set up a rain shelter, equip the processing area with electric welders and cutters, and place warning signs and fire extinguishers in the safety protection area.

III. Main Construction Processes

  1. Foundation Construction
    • Foundation Treatment: Compact the soil (compaction coefficient ≥ 0.93), pour a 100mm thick C20 concrete cushion (with Φ8@200 bidirectional reinforcement), and embed 8 M16 anchor bolts (protruding 30mm).
    • Drainage Embedding: Use DN110 UPVC pipes for the main sewer (slope: 3‰), set up 500mm×500mm×600mm sand traps, and install anti-odor traps with a water seal depth ≥ 50mm.
  2. Main Structure Construction
    • Frame Assembly: Weld a rectangular frame at the bottom using 100×100×3.0mm channel steel, rigidly connect the columns with 80×80mm square tubes and add diagonal braces, and weld a grid load-bearing structure at the top using 30×60×2.0mm square tubes.
    • Wall Installation: Inner layer: 10mm calcium silicate boards (self-tapping screw spacing: 300mm), middle layer: 50mm polyurethane insulation (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.03W/m·K), outer layer: metal carved panels with tongue-and-groove joints and sealed with sealant.
    • Roof Construction: Use 20×40×2.0mm square tubes for purlins at 600mm spacing, and fully lay SBS membranes for the waterproofing layer (hot-air welding, lap: 100mm).
