Where to Add Water for Mobile Toilets

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The location for adding water to mobile toilets depends on their type. There are mainly two common types: plastic mobile toilets and storage-type mobile toilets, with different water-adding positions.

For plastic mobile toilets, they usually have two water inlets. The first water inlet is the flush tank water inlet, whose main function is to provide water to the flush tank for flushing the toilet. After using the mobile toilet, when the flush button is pressed, the water in the flush tank will flow out to clean the toilet, and the water in this flush tank needs to be replenished through the flush tank water inlet. The second water inlet is the sink water inlet, which is located at the sink and serves to provide water for handwashing and cleaning. Before and after using the mobile toilet, people can wash their hands at the sink to maintain hand hygiene, and the water for the sink is introduced through this water inlet.

The water-adding method for storage-type mobile toilets is relatively simpler. Its water-adding position is generally beside the sink. There is a directly openable water inlet beside the sink, through which water can be added to the storage-type mobile toilet. Storage-type mobile toilets usually store water in a specific water tank to meet the water demands for flushing and handwashing. When the water level in the tank drops to a certain level, water needs to be replenished in a timely manner through this water inlet to ensure the normal use of the mobile toilet.

In actual operation, regardless of the type of mobile toilet, some precautions need to be taken when adding water. For example, ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the water source, avoid using water containing a large amount of impurities or pollutants to prevent damage to the internal facilities of the mobile toilet or affecting its performance. At the same time, control the amount of water added to avoid overfilling the water tank and causing unnecessary trouble.
