Welded Mobile Toilet

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

A welded mobile toilet is a public restroom manufactured using steel structure welding technology, featuring sturdiness, durability, and wind- and rain-resistant properties. It is suitable for various scenarios and can be customized in terms of specifications and design according to needs. Below is a detailed introduction from the aspects of structure, components, and classification:

Structural Aspect: The welded mobile toilet is built with a frame structure centered around steel structure welding technology. Its base is typically welded using channel steel or I-beams, while the columns are made of square steel, providing a solid support foundation for the entire toilet. The main keels are made of galvanized square tubes, and the frame is welded with square steel keels. This structure not only has high strength, capable of withstanding certain external impacts, but also offers good stability, meeting the requirements for lifting and facilitating easy movement and installation at different locations.

Component Aspect: It generally consists of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat fecal sewage, ensuring the hygiene of the toilet environment; the floor provides a stable standing and activity space for users; sanitary fixtures such as toilets and squat pans meet basic excretion needs; the walls are made of materials such as color-coated steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood, ensuring structural strength while also having a certain aesthetic appeal; washing facilities facilitate user hygiene; the water tank provides water storage for flushing and other uses; the roof serves to protect against wind and rain; and the mobile device enables the toilet to be easily moved.

Classification Aspect: According to structural form, it can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets, with different types of structures having differences in spatial layout and functionality. According to mobility method, it can be divided into lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, powered and towed-type mobile toilets, depending on their mobility convenience and required power methods. According to sewage treatment method, it can be divided into water-flush and waterless-flush suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets, with different sewage treatment methods suitable for different usage scenarios and environmental requirements.

In addition, the welded mobile toilet is also equipped with safety facilities such as exhaust fans and leakage protectors to ensure safety during use.
