Weinan Mobile Toilet Construction

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The construction of mobile toilets in Weinan should be systematically advanced from three aspects: engineering planning, construction process, and resource management. The specific key points are as follows:

I. Engineering Planning and Foundation Design
The construction site in Linwei District, Weinan City, plans to deploy 10 single-unit mobile toilets to serve 500 people, with a designed service life of 18 months. The toilet bodies are made of container-style steel structures, measuring 3.6 meters in length × 2.4 meters in width × 2.8 meters in height, with each unit having 4 independent compartments (2 for men and 2 for women). The foundation construction uses C20 concrete strip foundations with a burial depth of 0.5 meters. It is necessary to avoid the heavy machinery access routes and deep excavation areas on the construction site, and drainage ditches and collection wells should be set up around the foundations. For the water and electricity systems, the water supply is connected to the municipal water network (DN25 PPR pipes), equipped with a 200-liter water storage tank; the drainage is treated by a three-stage septic tank (DN110 UPVC pipes); the power supply is AC 220V single-phase, equipped with LED lighting and exhaust fans.

II. Construction Process and Key Technologies
The construction process follows the sequence of 'site leveling → foundation construction → main body hoisting → water and electricity installation → interior decoration → commissioning and acceptance'.

  • Earth Excavation: Small excavators are used in combination with manual bottom clearing, with the slope ratio controlled at 1:0.5 to ensure the stability of the foundation pit.
  • Rebar Tying: The main rebars for the foundation use HRB400 Φ12 rebars with a spacing of 200mm and a cover thickness of ≥30mm to prevent rebar corrosion from affecting the structural durability.
  • Concrete Pouring: Commercial concrete (slump of 180±20mm) is used, with a vibration time of 20-30 seconds per point to ensure compactness; the curing period is ≥7 days to avoid early cracking.
  • Main Body Installation: The toilet bodies are transported by flatbed trailers and hoisted by a 16-ton crane. The levelness and perpendicularity need to be calibrated to ensure structural safety.

III. Resource Management and Environmental Protection Measures

  • Staffing: One project manager (holding a first-class constructor certificate) oversees the overall situation, two construction workers are responsible for on-site coordination, two electricians (holding special operation certificates) and one welder (holding a special equipment operation certificate) ensure the construction of water, electricity, and steel structures, and five general workers assist in the operations.
  • Equipment Allocation: One excavator is used for foundation excavation, one concrete mixer is used for foundation pouring, and one crane is used for main body hoisting to ensure construction efficiency.
  • Environmental Protection Requirements: The construction area adopts fully enclosed fencing and wet operations (such as water spraying for dust reduction) to comply with the dust control standards in Weinan City; waste is classified and disposed of to reduce environmental pollution.

IV. Construction Period and Risk Control
The total construction period is 15 days, and it needs to be delivered simultaneously with the main project, with a high risk of cross-operations. A detailed schedule needs to be formulated to clarify the time nodes for each link, and daily meetings should be held to coordinate resource conflicts to ensure on-time completion.
