Weichang Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Weichang should follow the following procedures and key points:

1. Site Assessment and Preparation Before Installation
Conduct on-site inspections of the site, focusing on checking the ground flatness, aisle width, and water and electricity access conditions. If the ground is soft soil, it should be hardened in advance or a gravel bedding layer should be laid to ensure a stable foundation. At the same time, reserve space for equipment transportation and lifting to avoid affecting construction efficiency due to insufficient space.
2. Lifting and Fixing of the Main Structure
Mobile toilets adopt a modular design and are lifted on-site using lifting equipment. During installation, use a level to calibrate the posture of the box to ensure that the horizontal deviation meets the standard. The fixing method is selected according to the site conditions: for concrete foundations, pre-embedded parts are used for welding; for hardened ground, expansion bolts are used for reinforcement; waterproof sealing strips should be added at the connections between boxes to prevent leakage.
3. Installation of the Water Supply and Drainage System
- Water Supply System: Select insulated pipes according to the local water temperature. The pipe burial depth should be below the frost line, and a filtering device should be installed at the water inlet end to prevent impurities from clogging.
- Drainage System: Lay pipes according to the specified slope and connect them to the septic tank or municipal sewage pipe network. In cold regions, wrap insulation materials and set a drainage slope to prevent freezing and cracking.
4. Configuration of the Electrical and Ventilation Systems
- Circuit Design: Use waterproof cables, with switches and sockets meeting the splash-proof level. Preferably use low-voltage LED lighting fixtures to reduce energy consumption.
- Ventilation System: Determine the number of air changes according to the number of users. Install louver windows or exhaust fans on the side walls to ensure air circulation.
5. Installation and Debugging of Internal Facilities
The toilet fixtures should be precisely connected to the sewage outlets, and flexible sealing materials should be used to fill the connections between the toilets and the pipes. After fixing the washbasin, adjust the level of the support and conduct a water flow test. Install auxiliary facilities such as storage racks and handrails, and perform anti-rust treatment on all hardware.
6. Inspection and Maintenance After Installation
After the installation is completed, conduct a system test, including the sensitivity of the flushing device, pipe pressure, circuit insulation resistance, and the operation test of the ventilation equipment. Establish a regular maintenance plan, focusing on checking the anti-freezing of the pipes, the aging of the sealing strips, and the corrosion resistance of the metal parts.
7. Adaptability Treatment for Special Environments
For construction in winter, understand the soil freezing and thawing cycle in advance and deepen the pipe burial depth. In windy areas, install windproof cable fixing devices. During the rainy season, set up temporary rain shelters to prevent the equipment from getting wet.
8. Safety Measures During Installation
Set up warning areas for lifting operations, and operators should work with certificates. For high-altitude operations, use safety belts and protective nets in accordance with regulations. For electrical installation, follow the principle of separating strong and weak currents, and protect the cables by threading them through flame-retardant pipes. Equip the site with firefighting equipment and set up warning signs in dangerous areas.
