Water Tank Mobile Toilet
A water tank mobile toilet is a movable restroom made using components such as water storage tanks and pallets, and its manufacturing process and structural composition have certain characteristics.

Manufacturing Process
- Install mobile components: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet. This is a crucial step to enable the mobility of the mobile toilet. The universal wheels allow the mobile toilet to move flexibly between different sites.
- Process the water storage tank: After placing the water storage tank, use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the tank to form an open-top tank. Then, stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down and fix them with self-tapping screws. This not only increases the water storage capacity but also provides space for the subsequent installation of other facilities.
- Create an entrance and install drainage: Cut out an entrance to facilitate personnel entry and exit. Drill holes in the interior floor and install drainage-related components to ensure that sewage can be discharged smoothly and keep the interior of the toilet clean and hygienic.
- Install sanitary facilities: Install facilities such as toilets, faucets, washbasins, and showers to meet people's daily needs for using the restroom and washing up. The installation positions and methods of these facilities need to be reasonably planned according to the actual situation to ensure convenience and comfort of use.
- Complete the overall installation: Finally, install components such as doors to complete the manufacturing of the entire mobile toilet. The installation of doors not only protects the privacy of users but also provides some wind and dust protection.
Structural Composition
A mobile toilet is generally composed of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile device. Among them, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to store fecal sewage, preventing direct sewage discharge from polluting the environment. The flooring should have anti-slip and waterproof properties to ensure the safety of users. Sanitary ware and washing equipment are key components for meeting people's daily hygiene needs. The walls serve to separate spaces and protect privacy. The water tank supplies water to the sanitary ware and washing equipment. The roof provides shelter from wind and rain, protecting the internal facilities from damage. The mobile device enables the toilet to be easily moved to different locations.
