Warehouse Mobile Toilet Construction Plan

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The construction plan for mobile toilets in warehouses should be planned and executed strictly in stages, combining general procedures with the characteristics of the warehouse environment, as detailed below:

I. Construction Preparation

  1. Materials and Tools

    • Core materials include the mobile toilet unit itself (including toilets, sinks, ventilation equipment), waterproof sealant, non-slip flooring, drainage pipes, and power cords. Tools required include electric drills, spirit levels, cutting machines, etc. If on-site wall reinforcement is needed, cement and wire mesh should also be prepared.
    • Key Points: Materials must meet environmental standards, and tools should be tested in advance to ensure usability.
  2. Site Conditions

    • Clear the construction area in the warehouse to ensure a flat, obstacle-free surface and reserve space for equipment hoisting. If the warehouse lacks a drainage system, plan temporary drainage facilities in advance (such as collection buckets or temporary pipes).
    • Set up temporary electrical wiring using moisture-proof sockets and install circuit breakers; delineate the construction area and hang safety warning signs.
  3. Personnel Organization

    • Form a construction team, clarify the responsibilities of the project manager and safety officer, and focus on training in mobile toilet installation techniques and warehouse operation safety standards (such as dust prevention and avoiding collisions with shelves).

II. Construction Process

  1. Foundation Construction (Optional)

    • If the toilet needs to be fixed, excavate a foundation pit and pour a reinforced concrete foundation with a strength of at least C20; when installing drainage pipes, ensure seamless integration with the warehouse's existing system or temporary facilities.
  2. Unit Installation

    • Hoisting and Positioning: Use a forklift or crane to move the toilet unit to the foundation location and adjust it to a level state using a spirit level.
    • Module Assembly: Connect the modules according to the instructions, ensuring a gap uniformity of ≤2mm and reinforcing connections with bolts.
    • Internal Facilities: Connect the toilet's water supply and drainage pipes, test for leaks; install the water tank and check the water level control function.
  3. Functional Testing

    • Test the lighting (illumination must be ≥150lx), ventilation system (air exchange rate ≥8 times/hour) to ensure no odors; check if the non-slip floor's friction coefficient is ≥0.6.

III. Key Considerations

  1. Environmental Adaptation

    • If the warehouse lacks natural lighting, use explosion-proof LED lights for illumination; in humid environments, apply a 1.5mm thick waterproof coating to the walls.
    • Lay protective boards between the construction area and warehouse shelves to avoid scratches or contamination of goods.
  2. Safety Control

    • Temporary electrical wiring should be installed overhead to avoid contact with metal shelves; waste should be cleared daily, and recyclable materials should be stored separately.
  3. Schedule Coordination

    • Prioritize the installation of drainage and ventilation systems to minimize impact on warehouse operations; the total construction period is recommended to be controlled within 6-8 days (2 days for foundation + 3 days for installation + 1-3 days for testing).

IV. Quality Assurance

  1. The slope of drainage pipes must be ≥2%, the sealant should be applied evenly with a thickness of ≥3mm, and a closed-water test should be conducted after 24 hours.
  2. After construction, conduct a three-level inspection: self-inspection (by workers), mutual inspection (by teams), and special inspection (by the project manager), focusing on checking for leaks and abnormal equipment noises.
  3. After passing the inspection, hand over for use, provide a 3-month warranty period, and conduct regular follow-up maintenance.

This plan enables efficient construction of mobile toilets in warehouses through modular design, environmental adaptation, and strict quality control, ensuring functional and safety standards are met.
