Various Prefabricated House Structural Drawings

Admin 19 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, it is not possible to directly provide various prefabricated house structural drawings, but we can introduce the types of prefabricated components and the building construction process to aid understanding.

The core of prefabricated house structures lies in the combination and installation of various prefabricated components, whose design must be comprehensively determined based on building functions, load requirements, and construction conditions. The following explains from two aspects: the classification of prefabricated components and the building construction process.

Main Types of Prefabricated Components

  1. Horizontal Components

    • Prefabricated Floor Slabs: These include solid slabs (with strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for heavy-load areas), hollow slabs (reducing self-weight and optimizing span performance), composite slabs (composed of a prefabricated base slab and a cast-in-place layer, balancing construction efficiency and structural integrity), and prefabricated balconies (integrating railing bases to simplify on-site installation).
    • Prefabricated Beams: Solid beams are used for large spans or heavy-load scenarios; composite beams combine prefabricated parts with cast-in-place concrete to enhance construction speed; U-shaped beams are suitable for specific spatial requirements, such as underground utility tunnels or special floor height designs.
  2. Vertical Components

    • Prefabricated Walls: Solid shear walls bear both horizontal and vertical loads, commonly found in high-rise buildings; hollow walls optimize thermal insulation performance through internal cavities; composite shear walls combine the advantages of prefabrication and cast-in-place construction to enhance seismic performance; non-load-bearing walls are used to separate spaces and reduce structural self-weight.
    • Prefabricated Columns: Solid columns are suitable for core tubes or frame structures; hollow columns reduce material usage through internal cavities while meeting load-bearing requirements.
  3. Other Components

    • Prefabricated Stairs: These include stair flights (including treads and landing plates) and rest platforms, which can be completed with anti-slip treatments or decorative finishes in the factory in advance.
    • Complex Special-shaped Components: Such as prefabricated bay windows (integrating window frames and insulation layers), exterior walls with bay windows (optimizing building facades), corner exterior walls (solving node connection issues), integrated kitchen and bathroom units (integrating pipelines and equipment), and air conditioning slabs (reserving space for equipment installation), all enhance construction precision and efficiency through factory prefabrication.

Prefabricated Building Construction Process

  1. Foundation Construction: This includes fixed excavation (selecting excavation methods based on geological conditions) and base beam embedding (reserving connection bolts or sleeves to ensure precise alignment with upper components).
  2. Component Installation: Prefabricated components are positioned to their design locations using lifting equipment, and connections between components are achieved using fixed auxiliary bolts or post-cast concrete to form an integral structure.
  3. Node Treatment: Key nodes such as beam-column and wall-slab connections are reinforced, such as by adding reinforcement bars or using high-strength grout, to ensure structural safety.

The design of prefabricated house structures must be combined with specific project requirements, and mechanical analysis and optimization must be carried out through professional software to ultimately form construction drawings that meet regulatory requirements. For specific structural drawings, it is recommended to contact design units or consult relevant standard drawing collections.
