Van-type Mobile Toilet Vehicle

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

The van-type mobile toilet vehicle is a public sanitation facility with strong mobility and rapid deployment capabilities, meeting the toilet needs in temporary or mobile scenarios.

Typical Vehicle Models and Configurations

Taking the Sinotruk Howo van-type mobile toilet vehicle as an example, its chassis adopts the 4×2 National VI standard, with an engine power of 257kW. The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and fatigue-resistant properties meeting national standards. The interior of the vehicle is divided into male and female sections, accommodating up to 8 people simultaneously. It is equipped with 6 vacuum suction squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), 2 sitting toilets, 3 urinals, and 2 sets of handwashing basins. Each compartment is independently equipped with lighting, ventilation fans, and coat hooks. The ceiling is covered with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, and electric ventilation fans are installed to ensure air circulation. The air conditioning system includes one 1.5P air conditioner for each male and female section, ensuring a comfortable environment.

Core Functional Systems

  1. Sewage and Water Supply System: The vehicle is equipped with a gray water tank (500L), a vacuum pump (power > 2kW), and a sewage pump (power > 1.5kW), supporting independent sewage discharge or centralized treatment. The handwashing basins are equipped with independent faucets, half-length mirrors, hand sanitizer, and paper towel holders to meet basic cleaning needs.
  2. Power and Control System: It uses a silent generator for power supply, which can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank. The vehicle interior features a main control cabinet integrating voltmeters, ammeters, sensors, etc., to monitor equipment operation status in real-time.
  3. Safety and Warning System: Warning lights are installed on the roof and rear of the vehicle. Some models are equipped with 1.2-meter long warning lights, 100W sirens, or reverse-view GPS systems (including cameras and 7-inch LCD screens) to enhance safety during use.

Other Brands and Customization Options

Other brands available in the market include Chengli, Dongfeng, Qingling, and Shunrui. Chassis types include the Isuzu QL1070BUHAY (diesel-powered, with an axle base of 3360mm and National VI emissions). In terms of vehicle body structure, some models adopt a sandwich panel bonding process for the van body, with the skirt frame treated with phosphating and anti-rust coating, then painted black. The interior is laid with aluminum alloy patterned floor plates. The toilet partitions generally use honeycomb aluminum panels, and additional facilities such as site lighting, fire extinguishers, and boarding ladders can be added according to needs.

Application Scenarios

The van-type mobile toilet vehicle is suitable for temporary scenarios such as large-scale events, disaster relief, and construction sites. Its rapid deployment and independent operation capabilities effectively address the issue of insufficient coverage by traditional fixed toilets.
