Design Plans for Two Container Houses
Here are introductions to several design plans for two-container houses:

Casa Container designed by Brazilian architect Marilia Pellegrini: This design involves the adjacent joining of two 12-meter-long containers, covered externally with white Dekton corrugated metal structures. This material, made by high-pressure fusion of quartz, porcelain, and glass, is hard, UV-resistant, and heat-resistant. The interior design blends new Chinese minimalism with Japanese style, featuring large glass walls and doorways. The external courtyard is planted with Chinese bamboo, and the windows on the sunny side adopt a cross style with slender white Dekton blinds. The two containers serve as a living and dining area and a bedroom with a private bathroom, respectively, with clear functional divisions.
A 100-square-meter single-story mansion in San Jose, Costa Rica: This plan achieves a 100-square-meter living space through the joining of two containers, with an open public area integrating the living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The construction uses pile foundations, with containers placed on piles for moisture and heat insulation. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, roof skylights, and triple-glazed window designs significantly enhance thermal insulation performance. Inner insulation layers are set on the walls, roof, and floor (except for glass parts). The roof is equipped with a solar photovoltaic power generation system to meet daily electricity needs.
CASACINTERÊINER by Xiangnei Design at the Casacor Exhibition in Sao Paulo: This design covers an area of 60 square meters, using special materials for the ceiling, floor, and exterior facade, which are light-resistant, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, and wear-resistant. The interior is primarily white, with the living room featuring a woven rug and a double sofa. The dining area integrates a bar counter and kitchen worktop with a hidden sink design. The bedroom is located in another container, accessible through an indoor-outdoor corridor, with simple decor. The bathroom is at the end of the corridor, featuring a sliding door design, marble walls, and wooden elements. The exterior facade is designed as an involute louver shape, with lighting at the base of the wall. The exterior is complemented by a 90-square-meter green area with greenery and leisure seats, and curved stone benches carved from 204 identical granite blocks.
Two 18-square-meter container houses refurbished by a gentleman: Two 18-square-meter containers are arranged side by side in a rectangular layout, with a leisure area on the left featuring a round stone table and long stone benches. The two containers are separated by only one wall and are interconnected through an inner corridor. The left container integrates living room and kitchen functions, while the right one serves as a bedroom and bathroom. The external material, made by fusion of quartz, porcelain, and glass, combines high hardness with thermal insulation performance. The interior of the left container is primarily white, gray, and natural wood, featuring a gray fabric sofa, a mini wooden coffee table, and an open kitchen. The right container's bedroom has a large double bed, continuing the overall color scheme, and the bathroom adopts a natural wood and white color combination.
