Towable Mobile Toilet Customization Plan

Admin 16 de octubre de 2026

The towable mobile toilet customization plan needs to be designed by integrating scene adaptation, functional configuration, and operation and maintenance management. The specific key points are as follows:

I. Scene Adaptation and Type Selection

Select the appropriate type of mobile toilet based on the mobility and demand scale of the usage scenario:

  • Temporary event scenarios (such as exhibitions and marathons): It is recommended to use quickly assembled towable mobile toilets. Each toilet unit occupies an area of ≤ 2 square meters. Only a light-duty truck is required for transportation. Two workers can complete the installation and power connection of 20 toilet units in 4 hours. These toilets support daily rental and can be entirely towed away for reuse after use, avoiding damage to the venue.
  • Semi-fixed scenarios (such as suburban scenic spots and construction site living areas): It is recommended to use integrated fixed-placement mobile toilets. The number of toilet units can be customized according to the site. Space for a third toilet and barrier-free toilet units can be reserved. These toilets can be placed after simple hardening of the base. The construction period is 80% shorter than that of fixed toilets, and the cost is only one-third.
  • Scattered supplementary point scenarios (such as old residential areas and park corners): It is recommended to use micro single/double-unit mobile toilets. These toilets occupy a minimum area of 1.5 square meters and can be directly placed in idle areas. They can be used once connected to municipal water and electricity, flexibly filling gaps in public services.

II. Functional Configuration Optimization

Functional design should take into account both basic needs and environmental protection requirements:

  • Basic configuration: All toilets are uniformly equipped with anti-slip floor tiles, sensor-activated hand-washing stations, aroma deodorization devices, LED sensor lighting, and odor-proof squat/sit toilets. All toilet units have reserved positions for installing handrails. The third toilet is标配 (standardly equipped) with an infant changing table and a children's toilet, enhancing safety and convenience of use.
  • Environmental protection configuration:
    • Areas without municipal sewage pipelines: Options include water-free packaging type (excrement is sealed and collected for regular removal), microbial degradation type (special bacteria decompose excrement into water and carbon dioxide, and the clean water can be used for toilet flushing or irrigation), or fecal sludge temporary storage type (equipped with large-capacity sealed tanks for removal by suction trucks).
    • Water-scarce areas: Rainwater collection devices are provided. After filtration, the collected rainwater is used for toilet flushing, saving more than 60% of municipal water.

III. Construction and Operation and Maintenance Management

The construction process should be standardized, and operation and maintenance should be intelligent:

  • Construction process: Measure the installation position and reinforce the foundation pit, pour a concrete foundation, lay a waterproof layer, install the base plate and wall formwork, and complete the wall surface decoration treatment as well as the installation of electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Operation and maintenance services: Provide one-stop management, covering transportation, installation, cleaning, septic tank cleaning, and fault repair. Intelligent monitoring is achieved through GPS positioning and remote systems, which can real-time monitor toilet unit usage, consumable levels, and environmental indicators to optimize resource allocation.

Plan advantages: The modular design is flexible and adaptable to different scenarios, taking into account cost, efficiency, and environmental protection. Intelligent management enhances the user experience and serves as a flexible supplement to modern urban public service networks.
