Tongliao Container House Installation

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of container houses in Tongliao requires a combination of professional construction plans and standardized operating procedures, focusing on key aspects such as foundation treatment, structural assembly, connection and fixation, as well as acceptance and maintenance.

I. Foundation Treatment and Construction Preparation

The stability of container houses depends on the flatness and load-bearing capacity of the foundation. Before construction, the site must be cleared to ensure a solid ground without the risk of settlement. For long-term outdoor use scenarios, it is recommended to pour concrete piers or lay a crushed stone bedding layer. For example, a construction site in Tongliao used concrete piers at the bottom of the container house combined with steel frame reinforcement, effectively improving wind and earthquake resistance. Additionally, drainage pipes should be pre-embedded to prevent water accumulation from causing structural corrosion, and slope drainage design in the construction plan can extend the service life of the house.

II. Structural Assembly and Connection Process

The installation of container houses should follow standardized procedures:

  1. Bottom Frame Installation: Connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, adjust the diagonal error of the bottom frame to be ≤3mm, and then tighten the bolts to ensure the structure is square.
  2. Secondary Beam and Floor Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning holes, fix them with self-tapping screws, and then lay magnesium oxide board substrates. The floor joints should align with the centerline of the π-shaped beams and be fixed with cross-head dovetail screws, with a nail spacing of 300-350mm.
  3. Wall and Roof Installation: For container bodies using integral welding technology, check the steel plate thickness (1.0-2.0mm) and frame material (Q235 light steel structure) to ensure the load-bearing capacity meets standards. Modular container houses can be connected with bolts to create combined spaces such as conference rooms and dormitories.

III. Acceptance and Maintenance Specifications

After installation, structural stability checks should be conducted, focusing on bolt tightness, floor flatness, and sealing. During use, regular maintenance is required:

  • Light Steel Component Maintenance: Apply anti-rust paint every 1-2 years to extend the service life.
  • Electrical Safety: Wires should be isolated from the steel structure using conduits or wire troughs to avoid electric shock risks.
  • Structural Modification Restrictions: It is strictly prohibited to disassemble bolts or add partitions without authorization. If modifications are needed, contact a professional manufacturer.

In the Tongliao area, it is recommended to choose qualified manufacturers (such as Qihong Color Steel Structure and Taifeng Steel Structure) that provide customized services to ensure the house meets waterproofing, insulation, and fire protection specifications, while also offering full-process technical support from design to installation.
