Mobile Urinal Toilet

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

A mobile urinal toilet is an environmentally friendly facility that employs waterless or minimal water flushing technology, featuring efficient liquid treatment, microbial degradation, modular maintenance, and resource recovery functions. Its core characteristics and operational mechanisms are as follows:

1. Urine Collection and Airtight Isolation Technology
The mobile urinal toilet achieves physical isolation through an airtight sealing device, with core components including an elastic diaphragm and a one-way valve body. During urination, the diaphragm deforms to open the passage, allowing urine to flow into a dedicated storage tank. After urination, the diaphragm relies on material resilience to restore its airtight state, minimizing the contact area between urine and air, with an evaporation inhibition rate exceeding 90% of conventional facilities. The inner wall of the storage tank is coated with a fluorinated polymer hydrophobic coating to reduce liquid residue, enabling a single tank to meet the needs of approximately 1,500 users and achieving zero freshwater consumption (traditional water-flush toilets consume 6 liters of freshwater per use).

2. Microbial Degradation and Product Treatment
After collection, urine enters a microbial degradation system where specific bacteria break down urea into ammonia and carbon dioxide in an oxygen-controlled environment. The ammonia in the degradation products is captured by adsorbent materials and converted into solid ammonium salts (with a purity exceeding 85% of agricultural standards, suitable for use as garden fertilizer). The separated water undergoes four-stage filtration to meet industrial water standards, suitable for road sweeping or green irrigation. This process achieves harmless treatment and resource utilization of urine.

3. Modular Maintenance and Efficiency Enhancement
The facility employs a modular design for maintenance, with the storage tank, degradation module, and airtight device all being independent units. Sensors monitor equipment status in real-time, and maintenance cycles are dynamically adjusted based on data. In case of damage, only specific modules need to be replaced without overall disassembly, reducing maintenance time from 3 hours in traditional models to 45 minutes, significantly lowering operational and maintenance costs.

4. Diverse Products and Applicable Scenarios
Mobile urinal toilets exhibit diversity in brands, materials, and prices. Brands include Changjiu, Sikai, etc.; materials cover color-coated steel, plastic, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, etc., meeting different environmental needs; price ranges vary from tens of yuan (simple models) to tens of thousands of yuan (high-end models), suitable for scenarios such as temporary events, scenic spots, and remote areas, balancing economy and practicality.

This facility achieves multiple goals of water conservation, emission reduction, and resource recovery through technological innovation, providing a sustainable solution for the public health sector.
