Toilet Mobile Shelf Installation

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of a toilet mobile shelf can be carried out according to the following steps:

I. Prepare Components
Before installation, ensure that all components are complete, including shelf layers, M-shaped crossbars, upper brackets, lower brackets, bracket connectors, foot pads, screws, and nuts. For a regular shelf, tools such as a laser level, a small electric drill, and plastic plugs are also required. Missing components may lead to installation failure or an unstable structure, so careful verification is necessary.

II. Install Foot Pads
Place the lower bracket flat on the ground, locate the threaded holes at the bottom, and screw in the foot pads one by one. The purpose of the foot pads is to prevent slipping and protect the floor. Ensure they are tightened without any looseness to avoid shifting during subsequent use.

III. Connect Upper and Lower Brackets

  1. Insert the bracket connector into the hole at the top of the lower bracket, ensuring it is fully embedded.
  2. Align the interface between the upper and lower brackets, gently tap the upper bracket to fully insert the connector into the lower bracket hole. There should be no gaps at the connection between the upper and lower brackets to ensure structural stability.

IV. Install Crossbars

  1. Bottom Crossbar: Take a crossbar and install it in the lowest hole of the lower bracket (the hole facing the back of the shelf). Pass the screw through the hole and tighten the nut.
  2. M-shaped Crossbar: Install it in the adjacent holes of the upper and lower bracket connectors. Simply connect the screws without fully tightening them. Note that the M-shaped crossbar and the bottom crossbar should be on the same side, and the crossbars must be installed in the two holes adjacent to the bracket connectors above and below to ensure stable support for the shelf layers.

V. Install Shelf Layers
Each shelf layer requires 4 screws and 4 nuts. Place the shelf layer at the height corresponding to the two holes above the M-shaped crossbar. Insert the screws from the outside of the bracket, pass them through the holes in the shelf layer, and secure them with nuts. Repeat this step to install other shelf layers, ensuring all layers are level and secure.

VI. Additional Steps for Regular Shelves

  1. Determine Installation Height: Refer to the height of the toilet and consider the space above and below. Use a laser level to measure and mark the position on the wall to ensure the shelf is level with the ground.
  2. Drill Holes in the Wall: Use a small electric drill to make small holes in the wall tiles. The hole diameter should match the plastic plugs to avoid loose fixation due to oversized holes.
  3. Install Fixing Components: Tap the plastic plugs into the holes, ensuring the hammer head matches the thickness of the plugs to prevent damage to the plugs or enlargement of the holes.

Precautions:

  • Keep all components aligned during installation to avoid damage caused by forced assembly.
  • Tighten the screws with appropriate force. Over-tightening may damage the threads, while under-tightening affects stability.
  • If the shelf needs to bear weight, it is advisable to regularly check whether the screws and connectors are loose.
