Toilet Mobile Base Installation Guide

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

Here is the installation guide for the toilet mobile base:

1. Thorough Preparation Work
Before installation, thoroughly inspect the equipment and accessories for completeness. First, confirm that the base bracket has no structural damage such as deformation or cracks, that the number and specifications of anchor bolts meet the design requirements (usually 4-6 sets), and that the rubber gaskets are not aged, hardened, or damaged. Depending on the installation site conditions, level the ground in advance, remove obstacles such as gravel and debris, and use a level to check the levelness of the installation area, with an error controlled within ±2mm. If the ground is soil, it needs to be compacted to a bearing capacity of ≥150kPa; if it is a concrete floor, check the surface flatness and strength to avoid equipment tilting due to ground settlement.

2. Bracket and Ground Fixing Method
Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily in the predetermined position and adjust the adjustable screws or gaskets at the four corners of the bracket to keep the entire equipment level. Select expansion bolts according to the ground material: for concrete floors, it is recommended to use M12-M16 long bolts (length ≥100mm); for soil floors, first pour a C20 concrete foundation (thickness ≥150mm) and then fix it. When fixing, tighten the bolts symmetrically, with the torque controlled within the range of 40-60N·m, to avoid bracket deformation caused by excessive force on one side. If the installation environment is subject to vibration or wind loads, add lock nuts or spring washers.

3. Shock Absorber Installation Specifications
When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads, ensure they are fully in contact with the bottom surface of the bracket and the ground, without warping or gaps. For spring shock absorbers, check whether the spring pre-compression meets the design value (usually 10%-20% of the free height) and confirm that the installation direction is correct (vertical load direction). After installing a base with buffering function, gently push the equipment to test the shock-absorbing effect: the horizontal shaking amplitude should be ≤5mm, and the vertical vibration frequency should be staggered from the equipment's operating frequency (to avoid resonance). If abnormal shaking is detected, check whether the rubber pad is worn, whether the shock absorber is installed in reverse, or whether the bolts are loose.

4. Post-Installation Inspection and Debugging
After fixing, use a level again to recheck the equipment's levelness, focusing on the diagonal error. Check that all connecting bolts are tightened, and apply anti-rust paint to the exposed threads. During the shaking test, observe the overall stability of the equipment and confirm that there is no local settlement or abnormal noise. If possible, regularly check the equipment's levelness and bolt tightness within 24 hours after installation to prevent safety hazards caused by minor foundation deformation.
