How to Install a Mobile Base for the Toilet
The installation of a mobile base for the toilet should follow standardized procedures to ensure equipment stability and shock absorption effectiveness. The specific process is as follows:

Thorough Preparation in Advance
Before installation, comprehensively inspect the integrity of the equipment and its accessories. Focus on confirming that the base bracket is not deformed, the anchor bolts are complete and free of rust, and the rubber gaskets are not aged or cracked. Depending on the installation site conditions, the ground should be leveled in advance. Use a level to check if the installation area is horizontal. The ground flatness error should be controlled within ±2mm to prevent the equipment from shaking or cracking later due to ground inclination. If the installation area is a soil ground, it should be compacted first to ensure that the foundation bearing capacity meets the requirements.Bracket Fixing Method to the Ground
Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily at the predetermined position. Adjust the height adjustment devices (such as threaded feet or hydraulic rods) at the four corners of the bracket to make the entire equipment horizontal. When fixing, select expansion bolts according to the ground material: For cement floors, it is recommended to use expansion bolts with a length of ≥100mm. For soil floors, a concrete foundation should be poured first, or extended bolts (≥150mm) should be used along with gaskets to enhance stability. When tightening the bolts, use a diagonal alternating tightening method to ensure that each bolt is evenly stressed and prevent the base from cracking or deforming due to local stress concentration.Shock Absorber Installation Specifications
When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure that they are in full contact with the bracket surface and the ground, with no misalignment, suspension, or gaps. For bases with buffering functions, gently push the equipment after installation to test the shock absorption effect. If the equipment shows significant shaking or abnormal noise, immediately check whether the rubber pads are worn or whether the shock absorbers are installed in the wrong direction (such as the spring compression direction being opposite to the equipment's gravity direction). The pre-compression amount of the shock absorber should meet the design requirements, usually 10%-20% of the spring's free height, to ensure effective vibration absorption.Post-Installation Inspection and Debugging
Use a level to recheck the overall horizontalness of the equipment. The horizontal deviation should not exceed 0.5°. Check that all connections (such as bolts and welds) are secure. The tightening torque of the anchor bolts should meet the requirements in the equipment manual (usually 50-80N·m). During the shaking test, the maximum displacement of the equipment in the horizontal direction should be ≤5mm. If possible, continuously observe the equipment stability for 24 hours after installation to prevent tilting due to foundation settlement. If necessary, readjust the bracket height or reinforce the foundation.
