Toilet Mobile Base Installation

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of a toilet mobile base should follow the following steps and specifications:

1. Thorough Preparation Work
Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and its accessories for completeness. Focus on checking the base bracket for any deformation or cracks, ensuring the number of anchor bolts is complete (usually 4-6), and verifying that rubber gaskets are not cracked or have reduced elasticity due to aging. Simultaneously, level the ground according to site conditions: for concrete floors, remove surface dust and protrusions; for soil floors, compact until there is no significant risk of settlement. Use a level to confirm the flatness of the installation area, with an error margin controlled within ±2mm to prevent equipment重心 (center of gravity) displacement due to ground inclination.

2. Bracket and Ground Fixation Method
Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily in the predetermined position and adjust the adjustable nuts or gaskets at the bottom of the bracket to ensure the equipment is level overall. When fixing, select bolt types based on the ground material: for concrete floors, it is recommended to use M12-M16 expansion bolts with a length that penetrates at least 50mm into the ground surface; for soil floors, first pour a 100mm thick C15 concrete垫层 (bedding layer), and after solidification, use chemical anchors for fixation. When tightening bolts, adopt a diagonal alternating tightening method to ensure uniform preload on each bolt and prevent base cracking due to localized stress concentration.

3. Shock Absorber Installation Specifications
When installing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure complete contact with the bracket surface without misalignment or suspension. For combined shock absorbers, install in layers according to the instructions, such as placing the lower rubber pad first, then installing the spring components, and finally covering with the upper rubber pad. After installation, gently push the equipment to test the shock absorption effect: if significant lateral shaking occurs, check whether the rubber pad has insufficient compression due to aging or whether the spring shock absorber is installed in the wrong direction (the spring axis should align with the equipment vibration direction).

4. Post-Installation Inspection and Debugging
Use a level to recheck the overall flatness of the equipment, focusing on whether the height difference between the four corner points is ≤1mm. Check that all connecting bolts are tightened to the specified torque (usually 40-60N·m), and confirm no bolts are loose using a marking method. During the shaking test, apply a vertical force to cause a 5-10mm displacement of the equipment and observe whether the shock absorption system rebounds smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise. If possible, recheck the equipment stability within 24 hours after installation to prevent flatness exceeding standards due to minor ground settlement.
