Dimensions of Mobile Toilets in Tibet
There are no specific publicly announced regulations for the dimensions of mobile toilets in Tibet. Usually, the specifications of commonly available finished mobile toilets are referred to. Here are the common dimensions for different types of mobile toilets:

Single-person Type: The regular model generally has dimensions of 110 cm in length, 110 cm in width, and 230 cm in height. The mini single-person model has dimensions of 100 cm in length, 100 cm in width, and 220 cm in height. There is also a view that the minimum dimensions for a single-person (independent) unit are approximately 1.2 meters in length, 1 meter in width, and 2.2 meters in height, while the regular dimensions are about 1.5 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width, and 2.3 meters in height. Another core concept is the single-person basic model with dimensions of 1.1 m × 1.1 m × 2.3 m (length × width × height). Single-person mobile toilets are suitable for places with relatively low pedestrian traffic and limited space, such as small scenic spots and temporary rest areas in remote areas, meeting the basic needs of single-person toilet use.
Double-person Type: The dimensions are usually 180 cm in length, 110 cm in width, and 230 cm in height. The regular dimensions for a double-person (double-toilet) unit are about 2.5 meters in length, 1.5 meters in width, and 2.3 meters in height. For the double-person shared model, the length increases to about 2.5 m, the width remains 1.1 m, and the height is still about 2.3 m. Double-person mobile toilets are suitable for areas with slightly higher pedestrian traffic, such as medium-sized scenic spots and event venues, improving toilet efficiency and reducing waiting times for people.
Barrier-free Type: These have larger dimensions, generally 180 cm in length, 150 cm in width, and 240 cm in height. Barrier-free public toilet regulations require a minimum length of 2 meters, a width of 1.5 meters, and a height of 2.4 meters, with a wheelchair turning space of at least 1.5 m × 1.5 m reserved. The dimensions of barrier-free mobile toilets are usually 1.5 m × 1.8 m × 2.4 m. Barrier-free mobile toilets fully consider the usage needs of special groups such as the disabled and the elderly, facilitating wheelchair access and turning, reflecting a human-centered design concept.
Other Types: The small portable folding model can be reduced to dimensions of 1 m × 1 m × 2 m, making it easy to carry and move, suitable for temporary and emergency venues. The multi-functional mobile toilet has a length of 3.0 - 4.5 meters, a width of 2.0 - 2.5 meters, and a height of 2.5 - 3.0 meters, offering more functions to meet various needs. For multi-unit (4 - 6 toilet units) temporary public toilets in scenic spots/large events, the length is about 5 - 8 meters, the width is 2 meters, and the height information is incomplete. These multi-unit mobile toilets are suitable for large event venues or large scenic spots with a high density of people, meeting the toilet needs of a large number of people simultaneously.
