Tibet Flush Mobile Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The Tibet flush mobile toilet is an environmentally friendly sanitation facility designed specifically for the unique high-altitude environment. Through technological adaptation, it addresses challenges such as low air pressure, extreme temperature variations, and ecological fragility, offering efficient operation and ecological friendliness.

Piping and Pump System: Compensating for Low Air Pressure to Ensure Flushing Efficiency

In high-altitude areas, low air pressure can cause conventional flushing systems to malfunction due to water seal failure or insufficient flushing force. This toilet compensates for the impact of low air pressure on water flow by increasing pipe cross-sections and boosting pump output power, ensuring stable water seals and effective flushing. Additionally, it is equipped with a pressure buffer device to prevent abnormal vibrations or leaks in the piping caused by air pressure fluctuations, extending the equipment's service life.

Shell Structure: Multi-Layer Composite Design for Extreme Temperature Variations

The shell adopts a four-layer composite structure: the outer layer is a UV-stable polymer coating to resist intense high-altitude ultraviolet radiation; the middle layer incorporates glass fiber-reinforced mesh to enhance structural strength; the inner layer uses freeze-resistant and impact-resistant materials to prevent low-temperature brittleness; and the insulation layer selects closed-cell foam material to ensure thermal insulation performance while controlling the equipment's self-weight, avoiding excessive pressure on the fragile high-altitude terrain.

Sewage Treatment: Physical-Chemical Synergy for Resource Recycling

The sewage treatment unit employs a three-stage synergistic process:

  1. Primary Sedimentation: Removes large particulate suspended solids;
  2. Flocculation Reaction: Adds environmentally friendly flocculants to adsorb fine particles and organic matter;
  3. Electrolysis/Ozone Oxidation Disinfection: Kills pathogenic microorganisms to ensure safe effluent.
    The treated water meets non-contact flushing standards or can be directly discharged, reducing water consumption and aligning with high-altitude ecological protection needs.

Energy Supply: Photovoltaic + Thermoelectric Generation for Strong Sunlight and Large Temperature Variations

The energy system integrates monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic panels with low-temperature optimized battery packs, utilizing the abundant solar resources in high-altitude areas. It is also equipped with a thermoelectric generation module to recover waste heat from equipment operation, improving energy efficiency. The inverter features a wide temperature operating range (-40°C to 60°C), adapting to the significant day-night temperature variations in high-altitude regions and ensuring stable system operation.

Load-Bearing Base: Suspended Design to Reduce Thermal Conduction Interference

The base adopts a suspended chassis combined with adjustable support feet structure. The support feet are fitted with large-area bearing plates at their lower ends to distribute the equipment's pressure on the ground, preventing damage to high-altitude permafrost or vegetation. An air circulation layer is maintained between the chassis and the ground to reduce thermal conduction, preventing condensation or icing issues in the equipment due to ground temperature changes.

Operation and Maintenance Management: Differentiated Plans for Long-Term Reliability

Periodic inspections are required for the low-temperature elasticity of seals, the risk of ice blockage in drainage pipes, and the condensation protection of electrical components. Maintenance intervals are determined based on altitude (e.g., quarterly for areas below 3,000 meters, monthly for areas above 5,000 meters) and usage frequency (e.g., shorter intervals during peak tourist seasons) to develop differentiated plans, reducing failure rates and extending equipment lifespan.

This equipment achieves functionality, reliability, and ecological compatibility of sanitation facilities in high-altitude environments through technological reconstruction, providing an innovative solution for public health construction in high-elevation areas.
