The Construction Process of Mobile Toilets

The construction process of mobile toilets mainly includes two methods: using a water storage bucket and using a water storage tank and a pallet. Details are as follows:

Construction Using a Water Storage Bucket

1. Basic Frame Construction: Take out a water storage bucket from home and split it in half with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement. Attach wooden strips to the upper side of the bucket with self-tapping screws to increase height.
2. Door Frame and Wall Construction: Use an angle grinder to create an opening on the side of the water storage bucket. Install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create raised walls.
3. Roof Installation: Place the upper half of the water storage bucket on top of the wooden strips to form a roof. Apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance waterproofing.
4. Simple Door Construction: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door.
5. Drainage System Setup: Create a hole at the bottom of the bucket and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Create holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device.
6. Bathroom Facility Installation: Connect the water pipes to make a bath heater and install a three-way fitting below the inlet pipe to connect a showerhead.
7. Toilet Installation: Place the toilet and install the water tank, securing the toilet with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage bucket. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the three-way fitting of the outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the inlet pipe for the sink. Connect the fittings and hoses.
8. Door Component Installation: Create holes in the door and install relevant components.

Construction Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

1. Mobile Base Preparation: Take out a plastic pallet and fix universal wheels at its four corners.
2. Water Storage Tank Processing: Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the tank to remove the top, forming an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, securing the outer frames of the two tanks with self-tapping screws.
3. Doorway and Drainage Setup: Cut a rectangular opening in the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank body according to the corresponding size to form a doorway. Create a hole in the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom upwards and connect it to a water pipe. Seal the gaps with glue and cut off the excess water pipe.
4. Toilet Installation: Align the toilet with the drain opening and secure it with glue.
5. Faucet and Sink Installation: Fix a water pipe on the wall bracket and install a faucet. Secure a pipe cap with screws below the faucet, connect a water pipe to the pipe cap, and create an opening as the outlet for the drain pipe. Apply glass glue to the pipe cap and fix a stainless steel basin as the sink.
6. Other Facility Installation: Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose and install the shower bracket, and install the toilet seat and a spray-type showerhead.
7. Door Installation: Bring a wooden board and fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank. Attach the other side of the hinges to the wooden board to form a door. Install a door handle on the door.
