Temporary Mobile Toilet Materials
The materials for temporary mobile toilets mainly include fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and galvanized square steel, among others.

Fiberglass reinforced plastic mobile toilets are a relatively common type. They are made of epoxy resin and glass fiber and belong to integrated public restroom facilities. The main materials of the toilet are epoxy resin and glass fiber, which make the toilet surface smooth and the structure relatively sturdy. Epoxy resin has good adhesion and chemical stability, while glass fiber has high strength and corrosion resistance. The combination of the two endows the toilet with excellent corrosion resistance, enabling it to be used for a long time in various harsh environments without being easily damaged. The base is molded using colored reinforced fiberglass molds. This molding method ensures the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the base, making it resistant to corrosion and able to withstand a certain amount of pressure and friction. The wall panels are smooth on both sides, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to clean, reducing the possibility of bacterial growth and facilitating the maintenance of a hygienic toilet environment.
In addition to fiberglass reinforced plastic materials, there are also mobile toilets made by welding 100*100 galvanized square steel. Galvanized square steel has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Through the welding process, various components can be firmly connected together to form a stable structural framework. This type of mobile toilet has high strength and stability, can withstand significant external impacts, and is suitable for use in places with high structural strength requirements. At the same time, galvanizing treatment can prevent the square steel from rusting, extend its service life, and reduce maintenance costs.
Different materials have their own characteristics and advantages. In practical applications, appropriate materials can be selected to make temporary mobile toilets according to specific usage requirements, environmental conditions, economic costs, and other factors to meet the usage requirements in different scenarios.
