Taizhou Packaged Box House Prefabrication

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Taizhou packaged box houses are produced using a prefabrication method, with most structural, decoration, and facility installations completed in the factory, and then quickly assembled into complete buildings on-site through splicing. The characteristics and advantages of its prefabrication can be elaborated from the following aspects:

1. Core content of prefabricated production
The prefabrication of Taizhou packaged box houses covers four major modules: structure, decoration, utilities, and internal facilities. The main frame is made of lightweight steel, welded into shape in the factory using standardized molds to ensure structural strength and dimensional accuracy. The enclosure structure uses composite panels (such as rock wool sandwich panels), which offer thermal insulation, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance. The connection points between the panels and the frame are pre-fixed in the factory to avoid secondary processing on-site. The decoration includes surface treatments for walls, floors, and ceilings, as well as the pre-installation of doors and windows. Utility pipelines are laid out and interfaces are reserved according to design drawings in the factory, and internal facilities such as lighting, sockets, and air conditioning positions are also integrated in advance. After passing quality inspections, all modules are shipped from the factory as "functional units" to form independently usable building components.

2. Convenience of on-site assembly
After the prefabricated modules arrive at the site, the assembly process is highly simplified. First, lifting equipment is used to position the modules onto the foundation (such as concrete piers or steel structure supports). Then, the frames between modules are fixed using bolts or welding to ensure overall stability. The enclosure structures are spliced using snaps or sealing strips to quickly form a continuous thermal insulation layer. Utility pipelines are connected using quick joints, and internal facilities can be used immediately after being powered on. The entire process does not require on-site wet operations (such as concrete pouring or wall building), and only a small number of workers are needed. Typically, it takes only a few hours to a few days to complete the construction from the foundation to the finished product, significantly shortening the construction period.

3. Advantages of the prefabrication model

  • Quality control: The factory environment avoids weather interference, and materials and processes are highly standardized, reducing human errors and ensuring stable building performance.
  • Environmental efficiency: On-site operations are reduced by more than 80%, lowering dust and noise pollution. Meanwhile, the modules can be disassembled and reused, aligning with green building concepts.
  • Cost optimization: The large-scale prefabricated production reduces material and labor costs, and the quick on-site assembly reduces the risk of project delays, resulting in a comprehensive cost reduction of 15%-30% compared to traditional construction.

The prefabrication model of Taizhou packaged box houses achieves a balance between building industrialization and efficient delivery through "factory-integrated production + on-site modular assembly", making it suitable for temporary office, residential, commercial, and other scenarios.
