Taigu Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Taigu is simple and efficient, with specific steps and key influencing factors as follows:

I. Installation Process

  1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment

    • Determine the installation location based on site planning, ensuring a solid ground and smooth drainage. If the ground is uneven or the soil is soft, hardening treatment (such as concrete pouring) or steel plate laying should be carried out in advance to prevent toilet tilting or damage due to unstable foundation.
    • If connection to the municipal sewage network is required, plan the pipeline route in advance and reserve interface positions.
  2. Main Structure Installation

    • Split-type Toilets:
      • Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position and adjust the levelness.
      • Insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots one by one and secure them with bolts or clips.
      • Install the roof panel and seal it to prevent rainwater leakage.
    • Integrated Toilets (such as box-type toilets):
      • The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration, and only needs to be hoisted into place on site.
      • Connect the water, electricity, and sewage pipelines, reducing the overall installation time to 2-4 hours.
  3. Internal Facility Connection

    • Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment.
    • When connecting water and electricity pipelines, prioritize the use of modular quick-connect designs to significantly shorten installation time.
    • If connection to the municipal water supply or sewage system is required, ensure interface compatibility and good sealing.
  4. Function Inspection and Debugging

    • Conduct a flushing test to check the flushing force and drainage speed.
    • Check if the circuit is normal to ensure lighting and ventilation equipment operate without abnormalities.
    • Conduct a sealing inspection, focusing on whether there are leaks at the connections of wall panels, roofs, and pipelines.

II. Key Factors Affecting Installation Convenience

  1. Toilet Type: Integrated toilets have the highest level of factory pre-assembly and the fastest installation speed; split-type toilets require on-site assembly and take longer.
  2. Foundation Treatment Condition: A flat and solid ground can shorten installation time, while additional foundation treatment is required otherwise.
  3. Supporting Facility Requirements: Connection to the municipal sewage network or water supply system increases installation complexity and extends the construction period.
  4. Construction Team Experience: A skilled team can efficiently complete positioning, assembly, and debugging, reducing the risk of rework.

The modular design and high-strength steel frame of steel structure mobile toilets enable them to adapt to complex environments and further improve installation efficiency.
